Longer than normal delivery time. Poor quality control of products and company's they represent (Lane Furniture) The worst when it comes to customer service. They are polite, but never follow thru with a customer problem.
Made a purchase of two automatic couches, with one being defective. The driver did the right thing and documented, photographed and reported it. I never received a phone call back from Furniture land South even after I mentioned I would leave a negative review if someone doesn't call me back by the next day. (it's been 11 day's)

How can you not call a customer back after repeated phone calls?

CAUTION! You may be told it is a family owned business and you will be treated as one. Sorry but I don't have that feeling for some reason.
