Sales agent ordered the wrong item. But, the mistake was not discovered until several months later when it was delivered to my house. There has been no attempt to rectify the problem - no communication from the sales agent after I have left several vm, no reorder, no refund of money paid for the furniture. Nothing. I am very disappointed with the service. I recommend that if you do decide to purchase something, you take it home with you that day and definitely go elsewhere if you need to special order anything.
