Lydia Shoff at Phoenician in Roseville is rude and...

Lydia Shoff at Phoenician in Roseville is rude and could not take the time to listen to me in regards to my 97 year old grandmother who rents a unit at this place. She is rude and explained with out even listening how she could not help me. It was a argument such a rude woman!
