We had a GREAT experience! Scheduled a recall service on our '08 Fusions and just planned to look at the used cars for future, separate purchases. Our Salesman, Chris, was a huge help. Very patient and knowledgeable and really went to bat for us to get us the best deal. Instead of driving back with an "idea" of what they had to offer... we drove home in 2 new (pre-owned) vehicles and we couldn't be happier! I recommend Fort Mill Ford wholeheartedly!
