Trade In wasn't paid off for almost 30 days causing an extra $532.04 payment to be drafted from my account

Sent 2 surveys, I noted I wasn't satisfied and the survey said a Ft. Mill Ford person would call me within 1 day to discuss. 2 months later, still no call from Ft. Mill Ford

I had to call 30 days later and ask if the paperwork was filed for my registration with NC DMV. I was told yes it was filed yesterday (30 days after purchase).
