Bought a 2014 Focus hatchback today! I was really nervous, but from start to finish the whole experience was without a doubt wonderful. I saw the car online and inquired about it through the site. I got a phone call and they said they would hold it for me. Through the VIP service they did just that and it was sitting right up front waiting on me when I got there. Billy was also waiting on me and treated me like family. He knew I was nervous and was a Sweetheart!! They worked with me until I was comfortable with the payments. They even bought me lunch at their in-house restaurant.
