Took 8 hours to complete the scan. Minimal results noticed. Whatever was in there is still there since the malware re-installs soon after booting as noticed by the professional version of CCleaner.

I purchased my Fixmestick and was a bit wary that it might cause me problems after reading a number of postings which did not paint a very good picture. I am 74 years of age and not very computer wise but I followed the instructions as they appeared on the screen and it all went very smoothly. I have a MacBook Air that's only about 2 years old and it did find some problems which it told me it had cleaned up. So no complaints from me and I shall continue to use it monthly as suggested.

After I did it now I can't use my computer I can't open any of my apps to see how things are going with them

After 3 -4 years of use, there was only one problem. Plus no information was given about the problem. Not worth to me.

Awesome!!!!!. Sort out to hiding malware that was slowing down my machine. 6 stars!!!!!!!.

Will not adapt to my tablet or phone. Disappointing I am returning it.

Customer service is nonexistent and this does not fix anything so I asked for a refund and still no acknowledgement

It did get rid of some malware. No noticeable improvement of system performance.

Was a bit of a pain to use. Didn t really do anything.

Used it on two computers. One was clean, no viruses. The other had one virus.The one that was infected runs much faster than before, since I ran the FixMeStick program.

I find the FixMeStick to be a wonderful and handy tool to have around. I was able to get my computer back up and running in seconds. I will always keep it near.

It worked on my Windows 10 and now it is faster. However, I purchased one years ago for my Windows XP and it did not work. I was informed it would work on Windows XP and it did not.

Does not work on my H P computer. Popups and unwanted advertising show up. Emailed fixme stick . they emailed me back said that they are to busy right know . I think i will take it back to Walmark not satissied with it. JIM

So far this FixMeStick works fine. I just started using it and it definitely increased the speed of my startup and moving between my programs...

Very easy to use, found and repaired faults on my laptop and desk pc.

Very limited in what it can deal with. Would not have purchased if I had tried it first.

Don't rate it at all.. made no difference to my laptops,,,so sent it back ..
Emailed customer service no help was offered ,,so it was sent back.

The process for cleaning took much more time than it said, so I had to leave it be until I returned and then I had to restart the whole process all over. It did fix somewhat of the issue, but my computer is still lagging bigtime.

The fixmestick worked great on my desktop. On my laptop after running the fixmestick there was 3 malicious malware viruses that could not BE removed..

The stick functioned as advertised however it only found 1 threat which was minor. Apparently my antivirus regimen has been more effective than I thought. No real performance improvement that I could notice. It looks like it could really help a computer with a bad virus infection, however.

I USED THE PRODUCT AND SO FAR SO GOOD...EASY TO USE

I think it's a novel idea to look for malware without the system running. I have three anti virus programs tha only work while the computer is on and the stick found a new one. It cleaned up some bits of uninstalled programs that would not go away.
It locked up first time I used it and the support helped me thu that. Just ran it again and it worked.

So far I like FixmeStick, every time I run it there is always something there.
Just a few days ago i was surfing online and all of a sudden my PC went
nuts with a broadcast, telling me not to do anything that I had visited an unknown site my PC maybe compromised, please do not shut down call the number on the screen. I did not think much about that, So i shut down and inserted the FixmeStick run a scan and cleaned the junk that was on it and my PC is working fine, But I still changed the passwords to some of my accounts

It was a little tricky to install but that was due to my MAC and not the FixMeStick. Once installed it ran like a dream and has certainly made a difference to my computer. It was frightening how many seriously unwanted things were on my computer. Even my husband made comment as to how much quicker and smoother the computer runs.

I have used it on three of my computers since receiving the FixMeStick. Malaware was found on all three computers and it was deleted. I am pleased with the performance of the FixMeStick.

I think I just wasted 30 dollar's,,,,I would like to make a correction to my last post and I apologize for that. I run Fixme again on my laptop this time it took 6 hrs to complete and the result is amazing,,,,thanks Fixme stick

it's a dangerous place the internet , even with an onboard virus protector. started having weird issues, VP program found nothing. Ordered "the stick" -it found several and eradicated them. arrived quickly , instructions are clear , short and simple - just the way they should be.

i wish to thank you for your fixmestick. My computer has had a virus for years, other virus programs could not find or fix it. When the virus(s) started amping up this year, i had to do something. I remembered when this first came out, son didn't think it would work, he is impressed. So far so good

I did the fix me stick 2 times at around 7 hours for each time and I can not tell much difference in my lap top. Very disappointed with it.

It seemed to clean my main laptop and it appears to start up faster and run more smoothly. I have an older laptop, still running windows 10, that it said it couldn't run on. That was my only concern.

I am impressed with the ease of use and how well my computer runs following the use of the FixMeStick! It only took a couple of hours run time to get it all done. I will surely recommend this to everyone!

Thought it took 90 minutes to complete the scan it did find malware that my normal Antivirus software missed. It also removed the malware in a few minutes. Excellent tool for any pc owner.

I have not seen a difference in my computer at all. Would not purchase it again. How do I remove it? Thank you.

Received a PC FixMeStick for a Mac. My error? don't know, don't care and neither did the Customer Support folks at FMS, very helpful, patient beyond belief and made it work. First scan picked up a problem with my desktop and cleaned up the system, laptop is next. Many thanks!!

I was excited to receive my "fixmestick," which arrived ahead of schedule. Thank you. Since its application to my 5 yr-old HP notebook laptop, I was surprised at the little difference in my performance it has made. And, that it apparently found only one virus in my system. I expect better soon.

I had to run it 2 times to really clean my computer but so far so good it did speed up my computer

Have only used it once and there has been a slight improvement to the speed.

I was impressed. The process did not take as long as was first indicated. My computer is working better. Only the first time, so more time will tell better.

Found files that may have caused the Lag in the CPU not need to run more time (couple of weeks) to be sure.

Each time I run the program, it finish, but it always locks up, and I can not clean anything, so I have to reboot my computer each time, and I do not think it clean anything.

Worked great on my old laptop, which I did first, but my new laptop would not load. Suppose to work on 3 computers.

I tried the FixMe Stick and it worked somewhat. It helped a little but but computer still runs slow . Everytime i run it it takes soooo long to scan. Theres not much reference. Not much improvement. Might just take to to a professional for more fixing.

I ve used on 2 computers and found virus threats on both. I just ordered the Startmestik to try to speed up my computer. Love the Fixmestik

Does just what they said it would do. Easy to use. No unexpected problems. Viruses and Trojan Horses that could not be removed, were removed. Problems solved.

Junk invariably gets into computer slowing it down. This helps fix it. Just wish I could use it on all 5 computers without having to pay so much more.

Easy to use, able to leave running overnight and reliable reporting.

It is not users friendly on two Macs - conflicts with Bluetooth and WiFi.

My laptop was running extremely slowly and rather than by a new one I thought that I would try the FixMeStick.

I did have a few problems getting it to work initially but the technical support is fantastic. I am not an expert with computers and they talked me through every step. I eventually had a technician connect to my machine and watched them go through the whole process.

My laptop is back to its original state now and whilst it appeared to be just one problem it is something I would have never found on my own.

I have a 9 year old computer that has new life. Was amazed where it found malware even on files that I would have never thought they would have been on. Definitely increased performance plus the tips they give you also helps which I still need to do.

Report indicated that several malwares were hidden in some of my downloads, and were completely cleaned. Computer appears to run a bit faster.

From time of ordering until delivery was a long time (several weeks). Once it arrived, I used it on my laptop and it found some things that should not be on the unit. Once cleaned, it seemed to work a little better. I also tried it on my old laptop and on my late wife's laptop with the same results. This is a great purchase and I recommend it.

Unfortunately after applying the Stick my computer booted up much slower and once it was up and running ran much slower. I am not sure why maybe some pertinent files were deleted, but I am sorry I used it and won't use it again.

After it finished its work, the report said it removed some negative stuff from my computer. I have no way of verifying this report. However, some aspects of my computer are SLOWER now. Not worth the money I paid. Then it said I had to renew in 15 days. I thought the initial term was for 30 days. Cannot recommend this to friends. Would like to get my money back.
Your ad says the initial fee was for a 1 year subscription. But now I have been advised it is 15 days. Not trustworthy!

This is the 1st time i'v used the FixMeStick & I love it..very easy to use..

As all things of this nature on the market, I was a little skeptical, but pricing was good. After first scan with the FixMeStick, it only picked up a few bugs. but that was enough, laptop started running faster and more reactive immediately after Scan was complete. Impressed ! worth the small investment by far.

Used this product twice and has improved computer performance. More importantly it detected two viruses that Norton Security did not and removed.
So far, this product works great. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch product.

I am pleased so far . Because I have a laptop and a desk top computer can I use the same fix me stick for both computers

I found it to be great in clearing out malware and viruses.

Originally the Stick did not work on my MacBook. I waited 2 months for an updated stick that Linda finally sent me. It then worked on my computer but could not clean my wife's computer. I am NOT satisfied BUT I appreciated Linda's attention to this matter although not resolved as of yet. Your Dragon/Shark claim was that you put the Stick in and "that's it". That is false publicity and I am very disappointed.

My main computer was clean but secondary computer had 7 issues that fix me cured. I'm happy with the results.

we all wish we were savvy with IT type stuff but the truth is that we use our computers for our everyday stuff. leave the internal working to the programmers. your fix me stick seems to have improved things greatly. I thank you.

Very easy to use and it helped me greatly to detect viruses on my computer.

I am very pleased with the FixMeStick especially customer support (they went above and beyond what I might have expected). I had a problem with a "grayware" virus which the FixMeStick by itself did not address. Customer support worked directly with me to "fix" the problem and provided a solution that I could use going forward. There was a sincere professionalism in seeing this through, and always in a very polite and courteous manner.

Ran on my HP laptop and my fathers Medion desktop. Five issues found and removed. Now waiting to ensure no problems caused. So far so good.

Works well. Some trouble initially starting Fix Me Stick as my computer wouldn't recognize it.

Did a reasonable job however it did take 24 hours to find 193 threats and managed to remove 190 of those so hopefully next time we run the fixmestick it will be quicker and hopefully remove every threat so happy with product so far .

We are very happy with the fix me stick but please keep in mind we have just used it once it did seem to make the performance somewhat better but I am still having some issues with one particular account .....we'll see however I would give it a try if i were you.

It is very easy to use and it went to work immediately. I did expect that the speed would have increased more than it did but I am quite satisfied with the end result. I know I will use it frequently given how easy FixMeStick is to use.
I will report that I had issues with delays in getting the product but FixMeStick took care of the issue and responded very quickly to my inquiries.

My computer was slower than normal starting up. Other than that I didn't notice any difference

Made on laptop SLIGHTLY faster.... only found one thing to scrub.... didn't do a damn thing to the other.

I love it, three old computers are back alive thanks to FixMeStick,
I'm ready to get another one - make it more affordable please and
include the newer Mac if possible.

It did improve the performance of my c9mputor and did remove some malwear that was interfering the startup.

Well, three of four worked flawlessly, the next one my Lenovo laptop windows refused to initialize even after using instructions.

Of the three computers there were only minor issues were found primarily annoying. Idohave a strong antivirus to prevent issues.

I want to use my Lenovo and will try in a bit although I don t know how to resolve this issue.

My old computer it was or is still running vista. Is working like a champ. I ordered a startmestick just to complete the deal. I'm jacked! Works beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Over time I have had many viruses on my computer. Most of the time I had to call somebody to come in and take the viruses out. It cost $125 each time. Fix me stick is an easy inexpensive solution.

Once I figured out how to use it.....it cleaned both of my laptops in a relatively short time and they seem to run faster now. Thank you.

Ran on my pc. Only found 1 item. I was looking to get rid of a driver installer that takes over and I can t seen to uninstall. Fixmestick didn t get rid of it and upon rebooting the computer, a notice came up that Fixmestick was still running. Not happy

I wish I could offer more but I just haven't used the stick that oftten since I bought it. I have put it on both my laptop and PC and it seems to have cleaned out some stuff that I did not need or want on my computers. That is a positive but only time will truly tell. Like I said, sorry I can't offer more.
