I have been using FixMeStick for about 4-5 years now...it is my go to tool to keep my computer alive and well and safe...it probably was the best money that I ever spent for the security of my computer

It has a confused involved repetitive start up ,but stay with it and this does a great job

Very in-depth scan they tell you it will take hours and it did. It located 4 different problems and cleaned them out. I tried it on my old laptop first and it's made a big difference.

I have not noticed any increase in speed or otherwise. It seems to me to be going slower than it did. Very disappointed. Bought the second one to send to my mom, but I won't now.

Love this product! It works and it works well! The fact I can use it on 3 different computers is great! Good price and a great product!

The prompts were clear and the scan was thorough. I noticed an improvement in my downloads and uploads.

Excellent value for money does exactly what it says. Wish I had known about it sooner. Will definitely be recommending.

It found two bad programs but has interfered with my yahoo email account

Just received, used on 3 computers, desktop and 2 laptops, love it, it found problems Escan missed

It didn't speed my computer up, but did get rid of a malware that McAfee found but couldn't delete.

Over time I have had many viruses on my computer. Most of the time I had to call somebody to come in and take the viruses out. It cost $125 each time. Fix me stick is an easy inexpensive solution.

Definitely made the laptop faster even with using Windows 8. Will be able to go longer before an expensive replacement.

I sent a request for a refund of the FixMeStick. It took a little time but FixMeStick Technologies came through and refunded my money. This is a respectable, reputable company.

I was having a problem not being able to get word to print documents. I ran the fix me stick threw its program and now it works fine.

NOT A LOT TOOK ME 4 HOURS TO GET MY 2010 macbook to reboot and several more to get it working
also when I tried to do my main mac it failed to find keyboard and mouse
and since I have neither a wired keyboard or mouse so all in all not a lot of good will be sending it back to QVC when I can get out of shielding

Not impressed at all. I ran it on two laptops. These are old units that are still used but because they have grown to be very slow my main driver for purchasing the FixmeStick was to hopefully increase the speed as both of these laptops are already protected by virus software.

On the 1st laptop, it found nothing... and no speed increase at all.

On the 2nd unit, it found one questionable file that I was able to remove and similar to the 1st, no increase what so ever on speed.

So, personally, I am not impressed, I think the capabilities of this device is over blown considering they emphasize the increase in speed and this was not realized.

Dissapointed with the results , did not do what I expected

Have had the Stick for One Week and in that time Done Two Lap-tops and my Mainframe.. One Laptop came back Clear which surprised me , but the other had Two Virus logged against it and it does indeed now Boot up faster with them gone.. However the biggest shock was the Mainframe that is used for Everything, it had pages of Nasties to be removed, once Gone I know it sounds strange, but the Computer sounds quieter to run, although speed wise not much Difference, I am looking forward to trying them again in 3 Weeks to see what happens.. But so far it seems a Sound investment.

The fixme Stick, found six viruses on my computer,where my virus software hadn't found anything. So yes I would recommend FixMe Stick to anyone.

I already had a program on my computer that had been doing a cracker jack job keeping it up dated, running well, but decided to see if FixMeStick worked better. The answer is no. The only thing the stick did was tell me to remove the program I had been using.

I used the FixMeStick on 3 laptop computers, only one of them had viruses on it. FixMeStick removed them and the computer is running smother now and not freezing up as much. I feel like I can now use this computer again, it has been sitting for a year because I was frustrated with it freezing up and feeling like someone else was controlling it at times. I am happy with my FixMeStick.

Well, so far it has worked fine and removed 5 infections !!

On my 3rd stick,,,second one gave me nothing but problems,,,now this third one does a complete scan in less than 3 seconds,,,Was advised to do a custom scan,,,same thing,,,starting to think it all a scam

Used it on my laptop and desk top. It found and removed viruses from both but suggested I run system mechanic through both. Is there a system mechanic stick?

Love the product. Will get some for Christmas presents.

Could not get FixMeStick working my iMac. Spent many hours trying and twice got it to start scanning but did not finish either time. Had support working with me. Was using the Mac program yet got message about incompatibility.

Found two issues on laptop.

Still problem with the touchpad. Works for a bit and then stops with a little orange dot on the upper left corner. I m suspecting an issue with the device driver.

Got my FixMeStick and found it easy to use. Cleaned up my computer and now it runs like new

Only had a slight effect on my computers speed. It was almost virus free before I started. May be it removed some junk data as well but wasn't listed.

FixMe Stick help my computer of over 7 years old the speed and other function are working at a much better rate now.

I bought both a PC and Mac FixMeStick. I have used it on my MacBook Pro and was amazed how easy it was to scan and clean up my laptop. (Yes, Macs get viruses too).
I'm looking forward to cleaning up my PC and my husbands PC. I'm sure the FixMeStick will find many more on those devices.

The FixMe Stick took a few attempts to work through on my desktop machine but it found some threats and we removed them. I then used it on my laptop and it ran through without a hitch but did not find any threats.

My desk top was a mess. Had slow start-up issues along with many other issues that slowed it down. It was almost useless. One application of FixMeStick made a world of difference. It runs so much better. Thanks FixMe Stick.

We are still working with a stubborn pop up but the willingness to help is so very much appreciated. In time we ll get it done.

As advertised! Easy to use and found 8 issues that were corrected immediately! I have an older Laptop that runs much faster and smoother!

I've only used it once, on only one laptop. So I am giving it an " in the middle" review. It did clean well, and made the laptop a little faster by doing so. Need more time and use to give a real opinion on this.

The day after I used it on my laptop, I got hacked

Listening to your commercials and watching it on-line I really thought FixMeStick would speed up my computer after running the 1st scan I was actually upset it didn't find anything. That told me my Norton 360 with Lifelock must really be doing a great job for me. I ran it on my older Laptop and it found one issue but that was before I updated Norton on that one. I very seldom use that one anymore. And I ran it on my wife's computer as well and with all the games she plays on that I thought it would find more issues with that one. I'm going to stick with my Norton 360 with Lifelock. Thanks for the opportunity to check this product out though.

I think it did a good job cleaned my computer but now I still can't log on because I have a corrupted or missing boot file

I have 2 fixmesticks for mac and windows both machines are now running noticeably quicker after just one run each with the stick

This is a very effective virus finder it does exactly what it claims, I will recommend this to anyone i think it's well worth it's money i give it top marks.Our computers work a lot better and faster now.

I'm sorry...but this stick didn't fix my slow computer, its still slow as heck and l would personally like my money back sooooooooooooon, this cost me almost a $100 CAD. sorry fix me mom.

Very disappointed ! Ran the FixMeStick on my laptop to remove some popup malware and it did not find any virus or malware to remove. Waste of money so far.!!!!!

Currently not can see the difference with FixMeStck to follow

Not very happy with this. My computers don t seem faster and it didn t even work on one of the computers. I talked with customer support and they tried a few things, then came back with it is not compatible. Or overall not very happy

I ran the FixMeStick program and it took 3 or 4 hours and found some issues that it said it corrected. I expected my laptop to perform faster and better which to a certain extent it did. A few days later my computer locked up which is something that it did before I used FixMestick on occasion as well. Was hoping FixMeStick would fix that. Overall I am somewhat satisfied and will run again in a couple of weeks just to see if it finds any new problems!!

I am happy with the fix me stick. But would like to know why it came in a Zip Lock bag an not a box? This is my second time sending this to you.

It worked just fine. It removed several items that were questionable. It certainly is an economical repair and it took only about 2 hours to run..

I was Apprehensive at first because my Computer is very old and isn t working well at all. When I got my fixmestick I took it out of the package and began using it. I followed the Instructions and it began doing its job. It took about 15 hrs to work it s Magic. Once it was done I began checking and it was fast and I was able to retrieve things that I thought were lost forever. I would highly recommend FixMeSticks especially for older Conputers. Thank you so much for giving me my Computer back!

It worked for one but not the other. I tried all their fixes a d nothing worked and they will not contact me.

Once I logged in the fix me stick went through its process and found a few errors and repaired them. On restarting my laptop it was alot quicker and seems to run smoother.

It took a while to get it going as it didn't want to recognize my Wireless keyboard, but once I temporarily used a wired keyboard it seemed to work great. I still don't know what to do with my 'quarantine' folder, but the freezing of my computer seems to have stopped for now, so I am a happy camper. Thanks to FixMeStick.

Spent a lot of money and my laptop is not working any better! should have just kept my $$ in my pocket.

It is probably good at what it does,however my issue does not appear to be malware or virus related.Therefore it did not FixMe that being said it may come in handy in the future,only time. will tell.Merry Christmas to all and best wishes from Jim.

I really see little point in the FixMeStick. I have a Dell lap top which has a similar system built in. I was looking for something that stops the annoying pop ups that even Geek Squad seem unable to get fixed.

Fixmestick works . After using the stick my old laptop is faster and seems to have come "unstuck ". Strangely enough , it now seems to be more efficient after several days of use .

This item is a must have in order to keep your computer clean and functional.

We had some trouble loading to the second computer, but were eventually able to. other than that we are pleased with the product.

Received the FisMeStick and ran it on two computers. Did not see any difference in anything. How do I return for a refund?

I found it to be more hipe than stool that would speed up my computing, the instructions were hard to understand and took more than 3 attemps to finally get it to run. The stick did speed up my computer a little but not what I was hoping for.
I could not say that I would recommend this product except for a last resort.

My computer had been running slow for a couple of years now. A few months ago on Facebook I received an ad about the fixme stick and what a wonderful job it does. I thought, Yeah right, just another scam. Then a girlfriend sent a note saying she had tried it and couldn't believe the differance in how her machines were running. So I jumped in and decided why not. Ten dollars wasn't too bad if it doesn't work. I was wrong.. My machine is six years old and works now like it was just born. It took me a few tries to get the scan running. On the third try it took me to the boot menu, but then it was easy. four and 26 minutes later, my machine was clean and fast. Thank you for coming up with a product the common person can use with ease and not cost several hundred dollars. I am definietely spreading the news around.

Initially, I was having a hard time downloading it, but then was provided an 800 number, and Etienne was quickly able to correct the issue, and the computer is running fine.

I used it and it did what it was supposed to do, I then emailed them back saying I want to cancel any membership with them so as I did not get rebilled, fell on deaf ears they have now rebilled me, exactly what I did want

Both of my iMacs and my MacBook Pro were infected with malware. It only took about 2 hours each for the FixMeStick to scan all the files to determine which were infected. At the end of the scan, it's a simple click on an icon to remove the infected files as shown in the scan report. The improvement was clearly noticeable, especially on my older iMac that had 14 malware/virus infections cleared. I'm very pleased with the FixMeStick!

I have used FixMeStick just one time and it worked very well.

The FixMeStick found only two issues neither of which was major. It demonstrated that my Norton software has been performing well and protecting my conputer.

i am not happy with the stick, I plugged it in and let it run and it said all was well. I took it to my computer tech and it was in to be fixed for a day and a half. Now I am not a computer geek so the issues may very well be mine, I cannot return it to the Staples store because it is open.

I was ready to buy a new laptop. I was so tired of sitting there waiting for it to come up. It took for ever. I got the fix me stick and it took hours to run and fix. But what huge difference. It s a joy to use my laptop. I won t be buying a new one now. I have tried so many things to clean out , fix my laptop. And it still ran slow. I am a happy customer. So glad I found this.

Worked Good on 2 computers and now 1 is acting weird so going to run it again tonight and see if it will help.
