I purchased my Fixmestick and was a bit wary that it might cause me problems after reading a number of postings which did not paint a very good picture. I am 74 years of age and not very computer wise but I followed the instructions as they appeared on the screen and it all went very smoothly. I have a MacBook Air that's only about 2 years old and it did find some problems which it told me it had cleaned up. So no complaints from me and I shall continue to use it monthly as suggested.
