I worked OK as expected, but sadly turned out I didn't have any problems so PC is still as slow as ever - same with my laptop - so a lot of money spent for no result

At 76 years old and not very familiar with technology I gave Fix Me Stick a try ...at first I had a problem and gave up..
..next morning I tried again and noticed what I was doing wrong...after correcting my input everything was working...3 hours later I was done....at first I didn't see much of a difference but 2 days later things are running faster.....I am sure people with substantial tech knowledge could probably do and get better results...as for me...I am satisfied with my purchase and results thank you.

When I first plugged the stick in nothing happened, but after I had switched my PC off and came back top it the following day it fired up. Windows 10 was still running but I ran the scan anyway, and inside 2 hours it had given me a report highlighting the various problems, including my main issue which was a corrupt piece of software that I couldn't previously remove through conventional means. I okayed the clean button and the corrupted software is now quarantined and the other issues have all been corrected. Very pleased. The stick did all it said it would and I am very pleased that I decided to give the stick a trial. Very good value for money, and I product I would wholly endorse. I will use it with my other PC and my laptop just to 'check them out', but definitely a very useful piece of kit.

I used this on two very sluggish laptops with no visable sign of improvements.

I use my desktop computer every day but I am not really computer savvy. I like that with the FixMe Stick I can be somewhat reassured that my computer is safe

Did not improve my computer, made it worse than prior to using. Not worth the money you spend

Didn't do anything for desktop computer but did clear 2 viruses on laptop.. Both are still running at same speed.

I am not a computer boffin by any means
and found it difficult to use, it sounds easy to use when you read the instructions but in my case following those instructions didn't work,. I put the stick in the front USB port and i still had to reboot the pc three times having already done that with the stick at the back of the pc. So as far as I'm concerned it's a good product once you have it up and running.

FixMeStick DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY COMPUTER,
I AM VERY PLEASEDWITH IT.

Item works very well, did a great Clean-up; just remember to turn power /sleep settings off for the scan/cleanup as it takes several hours to run.

My computer was sluggish. After using fix me stick it runs smooth again.

Really didn't do what advertised. Very slight improvement, but nothing that my normal virus scan does. Glad I didn't go for anything but the trial.

I have an old computer that is used quite a bit. Did not want to buy a new one because didn t want to learn new system as I am 85 years old. After using the FixMeStick could not believe the same computer was on my desk! Very happy with the results. Thanks so much!

Your product saved all of the letters. programs, application . etcetera on my computer

After a huge thunderstorm with incredible lightening, I lost power for one, entire day.
After the power came back on, it appeared that I lost everything in my computer

Well, I tried using my FixMeStick and the next thing I knew I recovered everything.
Rush out and buy this product!!!!!

Didn't find any malware that I am aware of, though five "problems" were found. I selected all to delete. first thing I found out about this software is that it deleted my "hibernate" mode on my PC. You might think hibernate works only on laptops, but it can also work on desk top PCs. I was not happy and it took me 45 minutes to find how to "turn on" hibernate again on my computer. I'm hesitant about trying the program on my laptop, but will probably try it sometime soon.

So far Everything is working good. I will know better in about 6 months.

Although it took a couple of times to boot up and clean with the FixMeStick, and it only found one bug, it must have been a big one, because after it finished, my laptop was operating like new.. very fast and clean changes from browsers and programs.

It took 15 hours to "do it's thing" and at the end it fixed nothing... We had to take it in to a computer store and pay 200 dollars to get it fixed and up and running... Fixmestick a waste of 50 dollars... Sorry but true...

So Easy to use, excellent product and found things that others failed on, I shall continue to use and recommend

I love how easy it is to use it and it nailed a few things on my computer that cost a lot to have a repair shop fix and they keep your computer for a week, too. Maybe the shops need to get some sticks and use them. LOL

Ran it through my computer 3 times. The viruses are still there and driving me crazy with pop-ups!

I used my fixmestick and found it easy to use it found malware on my computer which my antivirus failed to do. My computer starts quicker and runs faster. So far i am well pleased with it.

So far, so good. After several false starts I was able to run the program on the first of 2 computers. FixMeStick removed a virus on the first one. The second computer booted right up and ran with no issues found. I then followed up with a full McAfee scan on both just to double check.

Works great and is a good value. The first time I ran it found 2 viruses

I put your product on my laptop and after I turned it on several days later, it changed my computer to a foreign language. Please change this so I can use it. Otherwise I will request a refund.

It did an excellent job. However, I was surprised that I also had to buy an Anti-Virus program separately. Why not have it an All In One Stick? Charge $10 more as an Anti Virus cost a minimum of $20.

It went right to work. It found problems with one of my computers. That one is running great now!

I haven t been able to open my computer since using the FixMeStick.

Used it to complete a boot virus check on two computers so far. It found virus and removed them that other virus software missed. Use it conjunction with other utilities

The FixMeStick worked as advertised. It found two malware programs on my computer. I tried it on my old broke computer and it wouldn't even recognize the FMS. The battery was dead also. I have a fairly new hard disk drive in mine. Next is my wife's computer. I'd give it a thumbs up!

Quick and easy to use. No interference with my anti-virus program. I will definitely recommend the device to friends and family.

Finally got it to dowload and install updates, but would not reimage on Windows 10 Home 64 bit. Found a way on the internet how to go through reimage and then it did scan and only found 5 viruses.
Never could get it to do the same on my Windows 10 Home on my Vulcan tablet. I kind of feel like when I was a programmer when IBM would send out software full of problems just so they could fix the problems on the cheap. I like software that installs and runs properly giving me the product I need, example is WiseCare 365.

FixMeStick works great on my laptop. I run it once a month and I have not had any malware. It gives you a sense of security.

Not a fan. My internet is now sub standard, loading slowly, oh so slowly and I keep getting the page unresponsive pop up. So now I get to fiddle around and try to fix whatever the hell has gone wrong. Damn good thing I'm retired.

Nice piece of programming. Found 15 pieces of malware within a few hours. Did disconnect the Internet and popped up the first several times the computer was started, but these are minor issues compared to the benefits.

Customer Service was fantastic!!! I have a HP and it was hard to figure out how to do the virus scan. Jonathan was excellent walking me thru all the steps to get it to work! I highly recommend the FixMeStick and if you don't understand something, Customer Service will be there for you .. Thank you!

Still a problem that was not fixed even the tech could not fix it.

so far I am happy it removed several unwanted items from my computer. I have so far only done the 1 scan.

A bit slow getting stared but afterwards just great. Would recommend

I got a got a virus on my work computer when I down loaded a driver.

I have multiple personal Norton 360 licences so tried to download it. The virus blocked the site. I purchased Fixmestick and ran it.
When it got to the screen where it processes my files, it acted as if it were processing for ~45 mins and it processed 0 files. Then it reported that my system was safe.

The FixMeStick worked like a dream. My computers are super fast on bootup and run flawless without any delay. Thanks FixMeStick.

The FixMeStick did find Malware on my computer although I do have virus software checking it everyday. Computer does run faster now. Great product. I highly recommend this. A++++++

I suspected a virus on my system, but kept putting off taking my computer to a repair shop and losing my use of it. So I tried the Fix Mt Stick. RESULT. In a couple of hours my speed is back. LOVE IT.

Probably a bit better than competitors but am disappointed that I get hit every 5 minutes with a solicitation for another product they produce. Almost like AVAST.

It seems to be doing what it says it does, so far so good

Initially the FixMestick would not connect to my internet via WiFi however after doing a factory upgrade it now seems to connect without issue. I have only used it twice since then and overall am happy with the results. First time I let it run over night however next morning I woke up to a black screen and had to remove the FixMeStick and reboot the computer. Next time I waited until the scan was complete (one issue found), did the clean the computer process and then exited the FixMeStick without issue. Time will tell if the FixMeStick actually helps so until then only a 4 star rating due to the issue I had after leaving the FixMeStick in all night.

I did have a minor issue with the installation which through an on-line chat they were able to resolve almost instantly. Two issues were found and corrected. Good job.

Only found one problem and my start up process is still slow. Maybe my other virus removal software worked better.

I had difficulty loading the stix on this computer, ended up calling a help number and received tons of help in installing. So patient with me and my less than great computer knowledge. Scanned today and went smoothly ever since. thank you for you patience. Bev Barmettler

What am I suppose to see with this stick? My computer is no faster with the stick, nothing seems to have improved or not improved. My gaming sites
take longer to load. Please let me know what improvements I am supposed to see.

It appears that malware or viruses have been found removed, imaged, or cleaned. However the speed of execution of my machine does not seem to have improved.
Easy to use.

So far only used on one computer and it seems to be ok. I do not think it made my computer any faster or cleared up a problem I am having with it but I doubt it would anyways.

Computer is as slow and glitchy as before using the FixMeStick, if not worse.

FixMeStick found a few viruses and cleaned them up. My computer seems to run faster but still slow on booting up.

So far I have had zero issues and like the product! Customer service has be great!

It's simple to use and needs very little interaction. It took 10 hours to trawl my computer and found several suspect issues. Once these were deleted my computer started booting up faster, programs loaded faster so I'm pleased so far. I'll try it again to see if it picks anything else up and see what time it takes. I originally just had the 30 day trial but I will go for the 3 year option before the trial period is over once I've retested it.

false advertisement did nothing to speed up boot time like it says waste of money support was no help bogus

So far so good it cleaned up my old laptop and said that the newer one was good.

It did not do much for my computer. Took hours to run and hardly sped it up at all. At least it helped a little.

The FixMeStick was able to remove viruses and other malware that other antivirus program missed. It seemed to fix my computer issues. However, it took 2 days of scanning my computer before it was able to remover the viruses.

I used the FIXITSTICK in my 10 year old PC desktop running Win10 v1807. It found 6 files that it recommended removing. No viruses or malware was found.

My initial doubts were 100% relinquished on using the FixMeStick. I have and will recommend it to all my contacts who have or may have issues in the future.

My computet is running better than it has in a long time after using the fix it stick it was amazing.

Didn't like it because it didn't do to much to my old computers. In fact I coukd not even use it on 1 computer because it says my laptop needs 512M mem.

Very disappointed easy to use but it doesn't correct anything. All this company wants is to sell other products, very misleading advertising this product. Waste money.

Does what it says on the tin
Simple to use and sorted out my issues. The laptop is running much better and will be buying the startmestick to complete the life of my computer.

It was simple to install and confirmed that it fixed some threats however during the process I was asked to pay for a year service so I did but found out that Inhad already done that so hopefully I will either get a refund or have a second year added to my contract.
If so I will give it 4 stars

Great tool, brought my computer back to life. Found seven viruses that my name brand anti virus missed for months. Well worth the modest price.

cleared several problems on my laptop OK. on my desktop they require a wired internet connection for some reason but did go through the motions but I don't know if the found no errors because of no wired connection or because I just keep my desktop machine protected with Norton.. Not too excited with the fixmestick.

Used it once so far. It found one item to remove that was questionable. Do not have any firm opinion as to if it worth while at this point.

Not very happy with this product. Have same problem I had before I used the FixMeStick on one laptop and can't even get my other laptop to come one.

I love using FixMeStick to protect my computers. I use a variety of safety software but to have this to start up my computer and clean any threats is great. Customer service is very good too. Highly recommend
