Scout files but it done the job. Older computers like mine are loaded with Viruses and Malware and, it was! Not any more!

I am not happy with it, it did not clear up all of the problems. I had Malwarebytes clean up my systems after FixMeStick.
I had a little trouble to get started otherwise it was simple and efficient
It was easy to use. Took more than 24 hours because of the large number of files scanned but it identified 13 harmful infections and supposedly removed them. No noticeable improvement in running or sign on speed. I ll use it monthly to maintain the PCs.
Easy to use once got through 3 attempts to complete before the stick worked, i have yet to use it on my lap top and other desk top

Hi, the stick was despatched rapidly, and I was excited to use it. I followed the simple instructions and left it to run in my laptop. It took just under an hour to 'do its thing' but only came up with one problem. I pressed the 'fix' button and it was done. I have not noticed any improvement in performance so I presume my existing software has been doing its job, but that in itself is reassuring. Maybe the laptop is running slow due to its being old, a bit like me!

My computer had been running slow for a couple of years now. A few months ago on Facebook I received an ad about the fixme stick and what a wonderful job it does. I thought, Yeah right, just another scam. Then a girlfriend sent a note saying she had tried it and couldn't believe the differance in how her machines were running. So I jumped in and decided why not. Ten dollars wasn't too bad if it doesn't work. I was wrong.. My machine is six years old and works now like it was just born. It took me a few tries to get the scan running. On the third try it took me to the boot menu, but then it was easy. four and 26 minutes later, my machine was clean and fast. Thank you for coming up with a product the common person can use with ease and not cost several hundred dollars. I am definietely spreading the news around.

I suspected a virus on my system, but kept putting off taking my computer to a repair shop and losing my use of it. So I tried the Fix Mt Stick. RESULT. In a couple of hours my speed is back. LOVE IT.
Not as easy to log on as indicated. Needs a smarter interface. Does a reasonable but very protracted job.
Didn't help at all. The only reason I gave it one star was because my message won't post without at least one star.
So far I am very happy with the FixMeStick my computer is running faster.
It took 11 hours to scan my laptop and found 6 dangerous malwares
I was a bit disappointed that the speed increase on the laptop remained as slow as it was prior to the scan
Missed my computer up had to take it in to see if it can be fixed
The program seems to perform its intended function and very quickly. I have one machine I had hope for but Fix Me Stick did not do the trick. Two other machines did great. The machine in question has lost it ability to find a boot path(C drive) but apparently that was not caused by malware. Oh well there is always HP!

Found 6 viruses apparently on my computer which never goes to questionable websites nor do I click on links. Found 0 viruses on husband's computer who clicks on any link and goes to questionable websites all the time.
I notice no change in my operating speed of by laptop
I did not notice any considerable difference in my computers performance.
Always suspected that there were things on my computer that should not be there and thanks to FixMeStick, which rooted out 7 nasties , I feel I can rely on it to take care of such problems in future.
While the stick did find some virus and removed them it did not make my laptop start any faster.
didnt arrive and #2 was sent, the first showed up a few days later.

I've only just gotten it and used it for the first time. So I don't have much to say yet. But my computer seems to be running much quicker.
The service has been excellent and all questions answered promptly. Very satisfied so far.
It was so easy to do, plug it in - read the small amount of instructions on screen and go to bed and 'whatever time', wake-up check your computer to see if any bugs were found and delete them! Simple.
Initially the FixMestick would not connect to my internet via WiFi however after doing a factory upgrade it now seems to connect without issue. I have only used it twice since then and overall am happy with the results. First time I let it run over night however next morning I woke up to a black screen and had to remove the FixMeStick and reboot the computer. Next time I waited until the scan was complete (one issue found), did the clean the computer process and then exited the FixMeStick without issue. Time will tell if the FixMeStick actually helps so until then only a 4 star rating due to the issue I had after leaving the FixMeStick in all night.

Fix-Me-Stick was the first step in solving my iMac nonboot up. Was able to boot up with the stick and found four pieces of malware which I removed. Still hung. Restored MacOS. Still no good. Hard drive dying, I think. Thanks for the help.
Fix me stick didn't really do anything to improve my computer speed. It found a couple of minor problems and that's about it. Kind of disappointed with the performance for the cost
I've got 3 anti virus apps protecting my computer and none of them were able to isolate then purge my system from the spyware that was infected with. FixMeStick found it in 45 minutes and kicked the s__t out of it. Gone, never coming back! Love me some FixMeStick for real!!!
Easy to use. Did a good job found one trojan and 5 other viruses. I feel it is worth the money.
I used it twice because I don t think it was working right it now starts faster which is great but when I m into a program my cursor keeps moving around and opening things I don t want open what do I do to stop this. I find it very annoying and I don t want to smash my compute4 do you recommend that I get the start me stick too.
I plugged it in and followed instructions. It went to work and cleaned my computer.
Working great on One of my PC's but cannot get it to work on my other one. Will try one more time and see what happens
W irked well on both my laptop's, when I tried to do my desktop, no lunch, have to do it manually in boot drive. Then when it begins it goes black but stays running.

My computer is working just fine but I tried to run it on my wife's PC and it didn't run it said there was a problem.
After running one antivirus and one malware programs for two years. My computer seemed still slow. Saw the ad and thought I would give it a try. After just my first scan the stick found 29 infections on my computer. I would recommend this to anyone. What a difference to my computer.
youhave to be intelligent to follow instructuins as not push in and let it to do the job

Only found one thing on my pc. Only have 20 days to use it not 30 as advertised. It took 10 days to get here.
I think it is a total waste of money and I would like to know how to return it. I think it is a gimmick to get you to purchase other worthless products. If I could have left a zero, I would have.
I ran the with two laptop and everything was fine but I thought it 3 pcs When I was trying the third laptop the base screen and there was no scanning. Maybe ya can help...... thanks

My wife and I both have laptops which were running a little slow ,mine had zero problems but my wife's had a few issues and they were dealt with as advertised.
Used it on our 2 laptops, 1 newer than the other. Mine had no problems. My husband's had 2 and they were quarantined very easily. Very easy to install and use using Windows 10.
Was easy to run, took no time to find and remove all problems.
The FixMeStick said it had cleaned my pc but it is still running super slow. Sending it back to QVC. Thank you

I am very satisfied wit your product BUT I am not content with having to pay for to use it on my other computers of witch I have 3 three I did make a screw up on my lap top and wanted to run fixitstick again and you are asking me to pay again I AM AN old 89 years in your language I am a nerd I do not have the funds to pay for extras .

Scanned 2 systems a Mac and a PC.
Two issues found and fixed on one of the computers. Straight forward and easy to use.
On one laptop , it said there was nothing.... When there is , won't even let me log on . The other laptop , it cleaned like 8...but noticed no difference in performance .
After running the fixmestick scan my computer it doubled the speed of internet responses.
Amazing. Fixed my computer the first time I used it. Well worth the price.
This is actually my 4th fix me stick - after trying the trial version then a one year - then a 3 computer 2 years version and now a 6 computer lifetime version - also they have totally excellent dedicated customer service - buy it you will not regret it!
Stick is supposed to be one month warranty
On receipt of the stick, my screen only shows 21 days.
I guess the balance was the time in transit

My computer had ransom ware on it, and was being remote accessed by unknown people. Plugged in fix me stick, and it cleared everything up on the laptop.
So thankful .
So far I'm very happy with my FixMeStick that I got at the Shopping Channel. I do have a few questions that I will contact soon. Thanks again for a Great Product!

My computer was VERY slow....took a long time for anything to pull up so I thought I would try FixMe Stick... I had trouble getting it to start and download the updates....but part of that was due to a troubled USB port....now that I have successfully used FixMe Stick....my computer is back to it's old self... much faster works great! I would recommend FixMe Stick to everyone! It DOES work
FixMeStick worked great on my Windows 7 and my wife's Windows 10 laptops. Very happy with the results.

Fix Me Stick located and deleted 2 malwares in my laptop and 5 in my desktop. My regular anti virus failed to locate those. I highly recommend Fix Me Stick.

I have an older computer, decided to try the gold fixmestick. Installed the stick over night. Problems gone in the morning. Not having pop ups, speed has definitely improved by 50%. As it was so slow. Very happy, thankyou. ps. Not in a hurry to buy a new computer now. Easy to us.
Was successful at cleaning the computer s (2) of viruses and malware, my security package could only block but couldn't remove.
After I double left click step # 4 nothing happens
I was amazed that the device did so well on Cleaning my PC. Although it took over 9 hours to run a complete Scan (Overnight). Found 3 Problems;& that took just a few minutes. Next, is my wife's. T/y for an Excellent Tool.

As advertised. It took about 3 hrs. to run through all the processing steps. It found a few "items" that needed removing. Laptop noticeably faster running. Screen frame rate much improved. Very happy with this stick !

Jury's still out, ran it through my PC, didn't notice much difference, but could not get it to fire up on my wife's yet, still trying!
The stick seems to be fine, except dont bill me for a second year automatically, that wasn't in fine print up front i don't think, if it was i didn't see it thx

Used the stick on 2 machines. After about 6 hour wait the one he's the same issue when it started takes longer to open files not happy with the results. Other one wont start up right gives something about scan a bet code to find out more never had anything like that before.
Number one, I stated I wanted the $9.95 month trial and you immediately charged my credit card $63.00. Number two when I tried to install it I get to a point where it says "configuring your computer for this" and it locks up and does nothing else. How can I return this and get the charge off my card ?
The fix me stick found 1 problem with my computer and did little or nothing to make it faster. I think

Overall I like the FixMeStick; it will not connect to the internet when running on my Windows Vista computer and that means that it is not downloading the most recent virus definitions before running a scan on the machine. It worked just fine on my Windows 10 computers and seems to have done a good job. I am very hesitant about the effectiveness of the FixMeStick on the computer running Windows Vista.
