Love the FixMeStick! Ran it on 2 computers and both run faster now. It is so easy to use too!

Computer was running very slow, after plugging in FixMeStick and letting it run its course the computer speed increased dramatically. Very pleased with it and recommended it to several colleagues

Didn t see much improvement on start up and or upload download? Also on the restart PC was glitchy for a few times. Contacted with questions no response Bad perception!

Fix Me Stick for my windows 7 yes I kept my 7 over the "NEW" Windows 10 when the Stick got Done catching the "VIRUS" (as if) Showed during my last "UPDATE" from Microsoft that EVERYONE of "Microsoft" files corrupted. Totally worth what was paid to get my computer back.

I have used fixMeStick just once. My computer works a lot faster. I will use it for a second time next week. At the moment I am very pleased with the way it worked.

It worked for one but not the other. I tried all their fixes a d nothing worked and they will not contact me.

This is an amazing product. On my laptop I have had several instances of what I presumed to be malware but was never able to get rid of them before. I ran the Fix Me Stick and all traces of these items are GONE!!

It didn't clean my laptop to it' entirely, is still slow on the opening, my guess I have to rerun it, but I could be wrong

Removed a few coupon programs. No noticeable speed improvements. Maybe my computer was already clean. Currently running Windows firewall+System Mechanic+ Spyhunter.

So far I have used the Fixmestick on one older laptop that had become very slow. A number of viruses were found and disposed of and now the laptop works better than before.

Well, three of four worked flawlessly, the next one my Lenovo laptop windows refused to initialize even after using instructions.

Of the three computers there were only minor issues were found primarily annoying. Idohave a strong antivirus to prevent issues.

I want to use my Lenovo and will try in a bit although I don t know how to resolve this issue.

Not able to get to scan on my Gateway PC, although with a little help it was successful on my laptop

After a bit of difficulty get it to recognize the stick (my fault) it quickly began a scan of the computer. It took only a bit more than two and a half hours to scan find and isolate about 12 items of harmful malware which others apparently could not find. The machine now boots up and operates much faster.

Used it once . Quick and easy to use. So far so good.

It worked very well. Cleaned my computer very well. The only drawback is it took too long to scan.

It's an excellent tool to repair your PC. My scan took a little more than 6hrs but fixmestick found virus and applications that I haven't installed myself. Those apps were installed without my permission and it was not possible to remove them by windows add remove option. Fixmestick removed those apps and all unsecure files in my system.

I had to repair few bugs like reinstall office 365 after since some files were deleted. No repair tool is 100% guarantee. This Fixmestick is something you can rely on to diagnoses your system. It saved me a lot of time going through some trouble shooting.

It's highly recommend, get one you'll see improvement in your system and secure your computer from hackers entering your computer.

I would give it zero stars if I could.It not not fix anything and now I have all these adds popping p telling me my computer is at risk and trying to get me to buy things to help me. It is so annoying and now not even 30 days later I am being billed 79.94 for who know what that I did not authorize this whole thing is a scam. Don t buy it.

I am a firm believer of value for your money. The fix Me Stick certainly qualifies into this category.
The stick worked exactly and immediately as advertised and described.
On the laptop I was attempting to repair all Antivirus and Malware software I tried could not find the problem. However, the stick found five problems with only one scan.
I am a firm believer in the Fix Me Stick and will more than likely purchase the new counterpart.

I did not find a difference after doing the cleaning

Well it took a while to get here BUT ! When it got here , I took the flash drive plugged it in to the PC and it began to go through all of the files it was a Long proses

I am very pleased with my purchase! Everyone was very helpful. I will recommend to others!

It did nothing for my laptop. If anything it's worse.

I had high expectations for the fix-me-stick and I was disappointed that it didn't speed up my computer as I thought it would. It said it removed so many viruses but there's no way to prove one way or another. Maybe when I run it again, it'll make a difference.

Works as advertised. My computer seems to be much faster now.

I have only used it on one of my computer's once I do on the older one then I will know better

Scan ran for 60 hrs. The computer is very slow still
The files removed had no viruses. This was a waste of $35. (Money)

Works great! Customer service is top notch. Reasonably priced too.

Had malware apparently embedded in the OS. FixMeStick found it and cleaned it. Thank you for an excellent product.

A great fix!! I am very pleased with the FixMeStick! It did the job that it said it would! A super product at a more than reasonable price!

First time I use really cleaned up my laptop. Great product.

The product shipped was an older version.
I had to call customer support to get an update AND...they have no way of recognizing the fact that FixMeStick would NOT recognize my wireless keyboard on my Apple iMac.
I was over two hours in customer support. The technician, Talia - was very polite and knowledgable - BUT - NOTHING WORKED...until I went out and got a WIRED keyboard.
Ultimately...it worked. The scan took four hours - but it eventually worked and my computer is performing better.

I've only got it 4 days ago, but used it on one of my machines so far, and it remove 3 viruses...so.... i'm happy so far...

My computer was so slow I was about ready to get another one and I decided to try the Fix Me stick first. I'm glad I did because it cleaned out my computer and made it run faster so I don't need to spend the money on a new computer.

I am not a computer whiz by any stretch of the imagination. However, applying FixMeStick the first time was very straight forward. After completing the scan and cleaning my machine, the computer magically began to work faster than I have seen in some time.

I have just received my fix-me-stick and have used it to clean my laptop for the first time. It was easy and worked very well so far. My laptop is responding so much faster. The customer service team was quick to reach out after my purchase to check in with me and offer any assistance needed.

I am very pleased with the FixIt Stick!! I have had a lot of problems with my computer for the last two years. I ve tried everything but FixIt stick was the only thing that worked in correcting my coamputee issues! Thank you Fix It Stick!!

I love it. I had not done this in years and my computer has 1t memory which is a lot but FIX ME STICK just got to work and cleaned my computer.

I keep getting pop-ups from PC App Store. I was hoping that FixMeStick could get rid of it, but it did not.

The FixMeStick was very thorough, luckily I had only three viruses which are now no more.

The FixMe Stick found 5 issues that Macafy & Malwear Bytes let slip through.
My laptop still takes FOREVER to boot up.

i was hesitating to buy a stick or not but I am glad I bought one as my laptop works as brand new one again it is so fast now

The FixMe Stick worked well. No sooner I plugged it in it started to work. The computer worked a lot faster and shuts down when its supposed to. I am very pleased with your product.

Thank you for your product. But fixmestick did not relieve my situation I still have a program that's hijacking my windows operating system something called windows media panel. Help

It did remove 2 virus, but did not improve the speed of the system.

well it took care of problem on one computer but some thing else must be wrong with my lap top still not working well but thanks for the help so far

I don't really like it due to the slow down of my computer as well as not being able to go to web sites I click on. It always shoes not available.

Easy to set up, easy to use. It found some suspicious files and removed them. Only used once, so far. Works as advertised.

Great tool. If you have a computer you should have a FixMeStick.

So far I have used it on my fairly new Surface Pro and a older lap top that zI haven't used for 2 years plus. I both cases FixMeStick found, isolated and repaired some deep hidden viruses that my Security plans had not blocked . Both computers have noticeably improved performance. The older one definitely has been reborn,

I have run one scan on my computer and it is running better. Still slow, so going to do another scan and see if maybe it will run better. Will be doing a scan on my Dad's computer today and see if that will fix some of his glitches.

Took about 5 hours to do my laptop. Took 16.5 hours to do the wife s and it checked about 1/3 of the items on mine. We were hoping it would find something to maybe help to speed hers up as it s slow to start up. The viruses that it found were very minor and made no difference in hers. Glad I just got the 30-day one.
Ok.I goofed. Scanned about the same number of items.

So far so good but getting two different sets of instructions was confusing.

Tried the FixMeStick on my old laptop and it found 19 threats, once I deleted the malware I found my PC much faster than before. So I will recommend this product.

I ran the software just like it said. I waited all day for it to finish. Yes I had disabled windows firewall and norton for the day. When turned on the computer the next day the warning message was still there that Norton prevented ....blah from entering the computer. I wish I'd copied the message. I've only seen it once since I ran your "fix". I do turn off the computer nightly and its been several days.

Computer was working slower than snail mail. Took approximately 5 or more minutes just to open an email. It was doing all kinds of weird stuff. I was about to literally toss the laptop and go and purchase a new one - price $299 plus tax. For the $50 dollars the Fim-me-stick cost it's now running as if it was a new laptop again. VERY HAPPY with this product.

I was very impressed how fast my computer have speeded up one of them had over 6 malware infection only drawback was it does take several hours to fix your computer it does mention it at the start of scan so don t plan on using it for a while up to 12 hours or more. Well worth the money I was almost ready to trash one of the computers because it was so slow now it works fine it was a cheap fix fore me would recommend

Did what I expected. Didn't load aromatically but it was easy to startup. Not impressed with the push to renew and nowhere to cancel subscription with ease.

have always had GREAT workings with fixme stick from the first time [ lots of problems] till now. still do not know why you couldn't just transfer my remaining time to my new stick n! now I will have to wait til I get my income tax check to renew for n5 computers. did get my new stick, n next btime I'll just get it from wal-mart then call

I like the product but I was promised help to install it on my computer. I am still waiting. Help is needed or this review won't be nice!

Ran on two desktops, first one ran over ten hours, 2 issues, runs a little faster. Second pc ran just over seven hours, found 1 issue, opening a page on the internet took forever, after running open pages quickly. Well worth the money.

Arrived earlier than expected
Insert and followed instructions. Cleaned several infections that my anti virus software missed

I am going to try to explain why the three stars, I really don't like a item that is automatically renews itself, that in itself I don't like, plus somehow you/your company can tell you what I have done during my monthly use. Please don't renew me next year. Thanks

Made no difference to my computer. Sent email to cancel my renewal and have had no reply to say my request will be acted upon.

Finally I found the right stick.Other programmes promised a lot,but after you tried it the results were so disappointing and costly. I tried fixmestick,but with a negative star feeling, caused by previous efforts,
But very soon I changed my mind ,after I saw the results,the service behind,
Now I will not miss this stick . anymore .It belongs to my permanent
help.I can advise everybody to buy this stick to be sure of good results.

A very neat and enjoyable method for cleaning out and checking my machine. Excellent.

I am in my eighties now, but I found it very easy to set up and use, I had it up and running in a very short time. Scanned both of my machines, my laptop was clean but six potential threats were found on my desktop computer. I've only had it about a week so only done the initial scan, but up to now I would definitely recommend.

The FixMeStick worked as advertised and removed several nasty things from our computers. Thank you.

Not had it long enough Time to appraise it yet not too happy on my Mac that it would not work with Bluetooth had to buy a USB keyboard already had a Mouse USB they did not tell us on QVC where I bought it from that Mac without problems loading it
