My laptop was running extremely slowly and rather than by a new one I thought that I would try the FixMeStick.

I did have a few problems getting it to work initially but the technical support is fantastic. I am not an expert with computers and they talked me through every step. I eventually had a technician connect to my machine and watched them go through the whole process.

My laptop is back to its original state now and whilst it appeared to be just one problem it is something I would have never found on my own.
