Originally the Stick did not work on my MacBook. I waited 2 months for an updated stick that Linda finally sent me. It then worked on my computer but could not clean my wife's computer. I am NOT satisfied BUT I appreciated Linda's attention to this matter although not resolved as of yet. Your Dragon/Shark claim was that you put the Stick in and "that's it". That is false publicity and I am very disappointed.
