The thing I worried about mostly before I put this stick into my PC was that it might disable my machine. That did not happen. It went through its process and took hours to complete. I was glad when it was over and expected to see some kind of fancy report. I also expected to see a difference in the performance of my PC. Well, neither happened. It was like I did not try this at all!! A disappointment somewhat , but a relief also. My current security provider must be doing a good job.

It took longer than I thought but it is worth it, my computer runs faster, it's great..

Only thing I don't like about FixMeStick is once scan is done and reboots , it wants to run FixMeStick until I hit cancel then computer boots up as normanl.

My computer was pretty finicky and wouldn t let me start fixmestick at first but I called the number added in the package and after working their magic it found several viruses I removed the next morning. So very happy. My moms computer is next on my list of three.

I just downloaded FixMeStick on 3 of my computers a Dell Vostro220s Desktop, Dell Latitude E5400 Laptop & Lenovo G570 Laptop for the protection BUT my MAIN reason for the purchase was I thought it would eliminate the POPUPS, it's nonstop POPUPS on all 3 of the computers.
I use all 3 of them for my work w/ AutoCad Land Desktop for Land Surveying/Civil Engineering drafting & those POPUPS are nonstop interfering with my Civil/Survey work? What can I do about this? While I wrote this note 52 POPUPS occurred, Please help! JCSmith

I am a good friend for my part I had no virus but I know my computer is safe

I have had to run the program 3 times on my Mac and it has me go back and try to manually delete files and I am unable to find the files as well as the Mac is running slower and starting slower that it did before I installed the fixmestick.

Sped up most things. Left the same or slowed down others.

Without having to remove and replace many programs fixme stick made my laptop usable again

It said it found 3 problems, then fixed them. But did not make my laptop any faster. I returned the FIX ME STICK !!

didn't quite understand how to get it to work at first.it kept wanting to reboot, so I thought I was doing something wrong. finally it went through on the 3rd try.it said I had 4 problems and supposedly it corrected it. originally I got the 1 month plan for 9.95 and it already want to update me for 1 yr at 59.99. I'm on a tight budget wish there was a discount that I could get somehow. thanks

Not real happy. All the ads show plug and play. Not true! It tool 3 times of start/try start/try to get it to work. It is not immediate as ads show. Get it started and then go have dinner for an hour or more. It found nothing bad. I have c cleaner and malware bytes installed that seem to be doing a good job. I will be returning the fix me stick and asking for a refund.

L.VE ONLY Had this for a month so far and it seems to work so far and it easy to use.

Easy to use and setup but skips to many files during scan.

I got it to work on my wifes comp but it didnt change anything i still cant get it to work on my laptop not the first thing ive waisted money on though

sadly micosoft edge has in built security that i dont want .it came up as a threat your fix me stick said it was cleaned not so. I think the laptop is quicker though.

So far, so good. It fixed one laptop I couldn't even open. Found a couple of viruses and fixed them. Now it works much better. I thought this was suppose to fix slower running computers. Now I am being told I need to buy another stick to do that. For the price of this stick, it should have done both.

FixMeStick. did the job as advertised, easy to use, it cleaned my laptop, and the scan took a little more than 2 hours.
When I applied the stick to my Desk Top, which has accumulated data for many years the scan took more than 9 hours.
I am totally pleased with the results.

I've used in on my laptop and my Desk Top. It took 3 tries to get it to work on my Desk Top but it worked beautifully after that. I highly recommend the FixMeStick for slow computers. It literally gave new life to bot computers.

This fixmestick is brilliant found lots of malware on my 3 laptops

works great found 2 viruses hiding amongst my files my antivirus did not find, computer works a lot faster now

I would have replied sooner but I lost my computers. I had it for 3 computers. The first one burned out the mother board and I took the hard drive out and scraped it. The 2nd one would not let me back on the web, so I had to take it in and they had to do a complete reformat, so now I have basically a new computer that I'm sure the stik will not work on, as it is a complete new computer. The 3rd one, a laptop, seems to be working ok, but it is the only one I can use it on now. For me, it turned out to not be a very good experience.

Device worked properly and completely, and will continue to utilize it until the contract period expires.

Easy to set up only took 20 min. and my computer is fix thanks AWESOME product

Works Fine on my Windows 10 32bit old Aspire 5315,
but will not run on my new LG GRAM 17 64bit Windows 10, regardless of any dis "Run" or regig boot-up configurations. Sticks at the Fixmestick logo after dis start.
... but for that, "does what it says on the tin"

Sorry but the FixMeStick did not help my computer at all, waste of money with no results!

Very pleased with the improvement in performance. Less than 30 seconds to boot up after cleaning off several problem files

For me, it's very easy and comfort in knowing the malware etc. are removed!

I lost my stick and you graciously replaced it. You were helpful explaining why it was different from the original. I had trouble getting it to work at first, because I'm not very tech savvy, but finally figured it out. Once it was working, I let it run and a couple hours later it was finished, gave me a report, repaired or removed the problems.
So Im satisfied. I ran it on my wife's laptop with similar positive results. I intend to do it again in 6 months as suggested.

Almost perfect, It took a certain time to get it to work on my pc, but after all the update to the software, when I used it after on my wife's laptop, everithing went much faster as it was already updated. Since using it, my gamer pc load faster, there was a type of bug that would make it run aroud doing nothing for many ninutes on startup. Now it's gone and also that naging trojan that I had just pick up on a gaming site. All and all very happy for the price, definitively something I will do on a monthly period in the futur and purchase again yeay after year. At this price mark, nothing to loose and a lot to gain. It is also to notice that I run Win 10 with zero anti virus except what comes with window 10 and I game 3 to 10 time a week.

It seems to me that my computer runs slower now. If I click on something it displays it 5 or 6 times. I may wait a day or two and run the stick again to see what happens.

FixMeStick worked great on my Windows 7 and my wife's Windows 10 laptops. Very happy with the results.

Had to reset operations in the computer to get to,work not as easy as stated in the selling script. said it had 2 things to clean

It made my computer work better for one day. Now its back working the way it was working before.

IT SEEMS TO BE VERY EFFECTIVE. THE EASE OF USE WAS ALSO SURPRISING.

The Fixmestick worked to a point. I was able to start my wife's laptop. Now it ( lap top ) will not let me down load the internet. I'm on the road,so when I get back home,we'll ( me and fixmestick) will see if we can go further.

Your FixMeStick found 3 problems and said it fixed them. It did not fix the problem that I was hoping for. Which is, my computer will not let me do any kind of upgrades. Such as just adding the browser Fire Fox

Seems to speeding things up on my older PC. Just scaning a couple of laptops today. Appreciate the tips on cleaning up items in start up. I actually ordered the start me stick but received this fixme stick. Definitely helping. Thanks JR

I love this stick , it got rid of alot of problems I was having.

Before Computers were so sophisticated,we had CD drives and ran out virus software external to the hard drive. No we download the virus programs and they are on the hard drive. The first thing malicious software does is turns of your protection. With FixMeStick, it is now external to the hard drive and cannot be attacked by malicious virus, worms, and other nasty things. FixMeStick iss reliable, functional and protects your computer.

Found nothing on my first laptop and found and cleaned the second one. I am a believer - Good work - I will scan frequently - keep up the good work

FixMeStick did nothing to speed up my computer. It's $49.00 and 5 hours I'll never get back.

As advertised! Easy to use and found 8 issues that were corrected immediately! I have an older Laptop that runs much faster and smoother!

So far I am very happy with the FixMeStick my computer is running faster.

The stick checks for viruses. My "gripe" ( as FixMeStick calls it) is because they advertise a stick with a cap on it to protect it, and even stress taking it off, etc., in their instructions that come with it; then when you get it there is no cap on it -- but one can readily see the markings where it should have been. I want to prevent dirt, dust, etc., from entering, but I am told by FixMeStick that dust, water, dirt, etc., cannot hurt it. I cannot begin to imagine that.

Easy to use. Happy to scan my Win7 machine before Win10 conversion.

Used FixMeStick on a Lenovo C40 AIO PC running Windows 8.1, which was experiencing an 'Unable To Repair Your PC' problem. FixMeStick was able to boot and scan and found several malware infections. Subsequently, I was able to run diagnostics and recover from the problem.

Thanks for a product that actually works. It restored my computer to like new operation.

It found malware, but did not speed up the PC, feel I got the same result, could have saved my money using free malware software

Did exactly what it said, booted up the pc, scanned all the data etc. & identified 15 threats which it deleted at my request.

I'm in the process of installing and upgrading the FixMeStick. I am waiting for one of my sons to help me download the upgrade. I tried to have you people help me but your instructions to get the help is as hard for me as the written instructions. I will be glad when it's all upgraded. I was hoping one of your tech people could call me and tell me how to get someone in my computer to do it right. Ralph

Had an old computer that took a 1/2 hour to start up. After running FixMeStick it started up immediately and ran much quicker.

Product as advertised. Quick ship. Was impressed on how good it worked on a laptop I bought in 2010. Improved performance dramatically ! Just waiting on my StartMeStick to get here !! Taken a bit longer to receive the StartMeStick....

My computer was really slow when I turned it on. It could take up to 30 minutes! Since using the fixmestick it has improved and is coming on much quicker.

This did not help speed up my PC at all. It did nothing to help out the slowness of any thing I did. Glad I only got the 10 dollar trial.

Took out 6 corrupted files but didn't really speed up my computer.Although it is pretty old.I'm thinking of getting a newer one and just maybe will try your stick again.

I already had a program on my computer that had been doing a cracker jack job keeping it up dated, running well, but decided to see if FixMeStick worked better. The answer is no. The only thing the stick did was tell me to remove the program I had been using.

I bought the fixmestick for my grandson who is a senior in school. I bought the single use to try the product. My problem is that you must use fixmestick within 30 days or it's deactivated. I wasn't aware of this and wouldn't have made the purchase if I had been. I got in touch with customer service and they gave me another 30 day activation. I just think you should have the option to use it when you need it.

I ran the with two laptop and everything was fine but I thought it 3 pcs When I was trying the third laptop the base screen and there was no scanning. Maybe ya can help...... thanks

I'm glad i GOT FixMeStick I didn't realize I had that many problems with my
PC. Even though I have protection from a top named protecter FixMeStick
found some more problems that they took care of. You can't go wrong with
FixMeStick.

Cleaned my computer but did little in increasing its speed.

I had a little trouble to get started otherwise it was simple and efficient

After using fix me stick I can't browse the web because I'm getting pop up's all the time

It took a bit to get it started but then cleaned up three viruses. My computer is a bit faster but I am waiting to try the start me stick when it arrives

I used it on 3 computers and found up to 4 potential problems and fixed them.
