I am very pleased with the FixMeStick especially customer support (they went above and beyond what I might have expected). I had a problem with a "grayware" virus which the FixMeStick by itself did not address. Customer support worked directly with me to "fix" the problem and provided a solution that I could use going forward. There was a sincere professionalism in seeing this through, and always in a very polite and courteous manner.
