It's been the same obscure store for over 10 years. I wonder why you still have contact numbers on the site if no one answers them. There is no way of contact in case there are doubts. Given that we are in 2020, you could use an online chat.
I notice in the comments that you still deliver "new" products with defects. The same thing happened to me some time ago and I avoided this store for years.
