First experience with evoMAG and clear and last. I ordered on March 6, 2019 a soundbar from them. I was picking him up personally because I'm in the area. Although on the site he wrote that I could pick him up the next day, only on the third day I received an email from them that he was in the showroom. I go, pay him and give him a boy and tells me that's all. I'm leaving, I mount it, and I notice that the jack cable did not work. I'm going to the showroom after 2 days, because nobody answers the phone (I keep you waiting and after about 7 minutes I shut the phone in my nose). That's where my boyfriend tells me back / guarantees that I can bring him and it takes 2 weeks to fix him. I said that in this case I want to return him. He tells me that the showroom products can not be returned because the customer checks them when picking up (no one asked me if I want to check it, the site does not write that it needs to be checked and the return information is very low on the page - all the conditions to let you you get the pin when you get out of the store and the product is already defective). Transparency 0!
