The worst online purchase! I bought a car charger with wireless charging that got broken from the beginning.
I have been trying for more than a week to contact evomag both by phone and by email without any success. Today almost 1 hour waiting on the phone .... the situation is embarrassing .... I will file a complaint to consumer protection today.
