Great experience with installation today. Larney called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived right on time and was very quick with the installation process. Before he left he made sure that I was getting the speeds advertised and had no questions.
I am very satifisied with my service from Everywhere Wireless. Xavier was very helpful in moving my Ethernet port to a different location. It took less than 20 minutes and he arrived on time and was polite and friendly. He tested the new port and I was up and running in no time.

Field Service Tech Larney was fantastic. He was extremely professional and polite. He made sure to check every possibility to make sure the problem was addressed before he left. There was none of the issues you see with other ISPs where the only problem is your router. Larney checked his connections, the buildings, and called his office to make sure their settings were correct. In the end the internet works reliably again.
Larney helped me setup the internet in downtown Chicago: he was punctual, courteous, and got the job well done. Kudos to him! So far the internet service is excellent and I look forward to getting much faster speeds (both upload and download) than before.

We just switched from cable to Everywhere Wireless and so far it has been a very easy transition. The pricing is much better, for MUCH faster download speeds (and equally fast uploads) and we have been actually realizing the promised speeds, to-date.
The install process was painless and Matt, the on-site tech, did a great job in getting things done quickly, friendly, and on-time. Unfortunately, the phone company had screwed up the wiring from a previous owner so Matt had to track down some issues across our condo and the building at-large, which he was able to do without a problem. He also went above and beyond in helping to optimize our existing wifi router, making sure we were on clear channels and not conflicting with our neighbors.

Great service! Marvin Hossain took care of the building and worked with a tough board and property management company. It took a while to get them into the building because of the board and PM company, but once on site, the activation was smooth and speed is great! Excited to make the call to kick Comcast!

Our technician, Xavier has been a Godsend. Xavier has been out to our apartment 3 times in the last 10 days and every appointment has been on time and he's always fixed whatever issue promptly and efficiently. The reason why he had to come out 3 times was not his fault. Xavier fixed every mistake other internet service providers have made and did so with a smile. He is a pleasure to deal with and if I ever have any issues in the future, I hope the next technician is just as amazing! Xavier is a 10/10 in my book and Everywhere Wireless = 10/10.

After some initial frustrations and issues, Everywhere Wireless reached out to me personally and worked to identify and resolve the issue. The support team reps that I worked with were incredibly apologetic and understanding, and I cannot thank Joe and the rest of the team at EW enough for their help and patience.
My only remaining issue is the price - due to lack of competition (my building is exclusively serviced by EW), there's no incentive to offer a competitive price. Elsewhere in Chicago, I'd be paying half the price for the same speeds (or faster).
Overall, EW offers a much better customer experience than a mindless corp like Comcast. I'll still grumble about the cost, but the service and support alone deserve a 5/5 rating. If EW is an option in your area, and you're able to lock in a competitive rate, you won't regret it.

I had troubles with setting up my router in my apartment building (where internet is included in my rent), so I called Everywhere Wireless customer service and they were very helpful in troubleshooting the issue. After several trials and error, they decided to send out a technician for the following day. Hector was my technician and arrived in a quick and timely manner. Even though I was not there at my place, he was very courteous and provided me updates and set up my internet connection swiftly! Very pleased with the overall experience!

Recently had Everywhere Wireless installed to replace Xfinity, which was consistently extremely slow. I am loving my Everywhere Wireless Gigabit service. I had some trouble hooking it up in a new building, the customer service group was very responsive. Then I wasn't getting the speeds I expected, they sent two technicians out quickly. Larney and Hunter were fantastic, they found the issue quickly and got my speeds up, and they also got along great with my dog.

Head and shoulders above any other internet service provider out there. If your building supports this service then switching over is an absolute no-brainer. I have worked from home for years and need a reliable high speed internet connection for my job, and have had a huge number of issues with comcast. Everywhere Wireless' service has incredibly high uptime, and when they do have issues are proactive about letting you know and fast to address them. Not only that, but their service/support department is highly skilled and available (shout out to Lionel!). I just upgraded my speeds and got some great advice what router to get to best support the upgraded bandwidth. Customer for life.

Was initially offered service at our building that met our needs, but when the contract was cancelled due to a miscommunication, the option that met our needs was taken away, seemingly in retaliation, and an unworkable solution was offered as the only option going forward.
They acted as though it was my burden as a customer to earn the right to do business with them and that I essentially missed my chance.

My building has free Everywhere Wireless and it is really quite efficient and super simple to set up. I recently decided though to upgrade to a faster speed since my husband likes to play online video games and was experiencing some lag, especially if I was trying to watch something online. A tech, Xavier, came over to make sure our speed package was applied and ran speed tests. He was very polite and did a great job.
