I had troubles with setting up my router in my apartment building (where internet is included in my rent), so I called Everywhere Wireless customer service and they were very helpful in troubleshooting the issue. After several trials and error, they decided to send out a technician for the following day. Hector was my technician and arrived in a quick and timely manner. Even though I was not there at my place, he was very courteous and provided me updates and set up my internet connection swiftly! Very pleased with the overall experience!
