Was initially offered service at our building that met our needs, but when the contract was cancelled due to a miscommunication, the option that met our needs was taken away, seemingly in retaliation, and an unworkable solution was offered as the only option going forward.

They acted as though it was my burden as a customer to earn the right to do business with them and that I essentially missed my chance.

A very petulant way to do business. Do better.
