After some initial frustrations and issues, Everywhere Wireless reached out to me personally and worked to identify and resolve the issue. The support team reps that I worked with were incredibly apologetic and understanding, and I cannot thank Joe and the rest of the team at EW enough for their help and patience.

My only remaining issue is the price - due to lack of competition (my building is exclusively serviced by EW), there's no incentive to offer a competitive price. Elsewhere in Chicago, I'd be paying half the price for the same speeds (or faster).

Overall, EW offers a much better customer experience than a mindless corp like Comcast. I'll still grumble about the cost, but the service and support alone deserve a 5/5 rating. If EW is an option in your area, and you're able to lock in a competitive rate, you won't regret it.
