Best internet service in the Chicagoland area! Only one outage the entire year and it was not their fault, yet they still communicated the issue with the affected customers. Their service team is impeccable too. If you have the option to use their services, I would not look anywhere else.

I have absolutely loved being an Everywhere Wireless customer. I have been a Comcast and AT&T customer in the past and every interaction left me furious (I once spent an entire day on hold with AT&T). Every time I've called into Everywhere Wireless a real person answers the phone, they're incredibly helpful, positive and always resolve the issue quickly. Tonight Eugene fixed my issue immediately.

Was experiencing uncharacteristically spotty internet speeds. Technician came within 12 hours. Technician Larney was able to diagnose the problem as a previously botched wiring install by AT&T. He was able to fix the wiring giving me stable internet, and in the process boosted my speeds about 15% to ~110 mbps down and up. My internet service is included in my condo fees and I do not pay anything extra. This increase in speed wasn't charged to me, it was purely a benefit of doing things the correct way. Very satisfied.

Thank you! Thank you for a year of the only decent internet service I've ever had at my own house. I've had no problems whatsoever. Parallel bandwidth, straightforward pricing and billing, no downtime, no contract, no data caps, these are things we cannot expect from Comcast, who appears to be the only provider in my new building, and for this reason I think my quality of life will seriously suffer. I suppose this is a somber thank you and a goodbye for now, as I hope to do business with these guys in a future where Comcast is banished to a realm of misery and suffering from where they cannot annoy us humans anymore.

Such a better experience than AT&T. They are super easy to get a hold of, very responsive, and very helpful. No phone trees when you're trying to get a hold of them, and extremely knowledgeable.

Lousy customer service. Called the company, to get basic info regarding pricing, package options, the installation or start up process and clarity regarding whether or not they service the Hyde Park/University of Chicago area. The representative responded consistently with I don t know , I m not sure and I can t say . Really unfortunate, as several of my colleagues and students were on the call and we re initially interested in securing service. On to the next (prepared) WiFi company.

I called Everywhere Wireless tech support today requesting some assistance with my internet speed and reach. Matt quickly filled out a support ticket and began walking through the trouble shooting steps. We got disconnected and I was promptly called back by Xavier who helped me finish the process by taking over my computer and running some tests and got everything back on track. He even made recommendations for new routers for optimum speed! Great experience over all! Now hopefully we'll have faster service. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful service and support. Never had an issue with my connection and I was consistently getting the advertised speeds.

I was able to get on the phone with a customer service rep right away who was able to assess the situation remotely then scheduled a technician to come and address the problem. We were so fortunate to have Larney as our technician, he was extremely patient with our property management group (they made him wait over an hour to get access to the correct utility room), and he went above and beyond to check the overall system as well as our individual unit to solve the problem. (The problem was unit-specific not because of Everywhere Wireless) Even after the internet was fixed, he waited to make sure our router was working correctly. Beyond being an expert at knowing the system and how to problem solve it, Larney was incredibly kind, professional, thorough and positive, which made all the difference.

Needed internet for my new place and didn't want Comcast. Everywhere Wireless was the best deal and gives me good speeds with no data caps.

My installation was performed by Hector and he was great. He arrived early, answered all of my questions, and had everything up and running in about an hour.

No complaints so far!

Nice people, but ineffective staffing model. Had to schedule a wait for a call back to address a standard issue even after waiting 20-30 mins for my call to be answered.

I haven't tested the internet service yet, but the human service was amazing. Larney came to install the modem and there were issues (like my phone jack was inside the wall ,and he had to punch a hole to access it). He even moved my furniture around - which is not something I would expect a technician to do, but he was so kind and helpful and he even waited for me to vacuum more than just the dust from the hole in the wall. He then moved all the furniture back for me. He said he'd put a face plate over the hole and it looks perfect. He explained how the modem works, how the router work,s and answered every single question I had - and I had a lot. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left, and I could not have appreciated him more. In this day and age, it's a gift to find a representative of a company (which is any worker you have contact with) who represents that company so incredibly well. I recommend this company and their staff (everyone I spoke to over the phone was also kind and helpful and informative) to anyone looking for internet service. If you're looking for a company that still has humanity and actually cares about you as a customer, use Everywhere Wireless.

They sent out a technician the next day to check why my new apartment's internet wasn't working, and thanks to Technician Larney, within the hour I'm writing this review. Thanks Larney!

Night and day difference between Xfinity. Just switched to Everywhere wireless and I'm paying half the price for double the speed. I pay for 100 mbs speed and I receive 98 mbs on a wireless connection and 101mbs through Ethernet. Shout out to Hector who performed the installation - he was very quick and professional.

I had such a positive customer experience with LB, Matt, and Hector. Thank you all so much for your help! While I was getting a flat screen mounted, the handyman destroyed the Ethernet cable with his drill-so frustrating!! I called EW to see if they can fix it.
While this was a very complex case, EW handled it exceptionally well. They went above-and-beyond to get this fixed for me and I m so grateful I had such kind, funny, and knowledgeable technicians. Now days, you just get pawned off to someone else or get the run around or get some half-measure attempt. Not for one second did that happen with this crew. Amazing Support Team. I was on the phone with Chris Doherty and he was able to help me with issues regarding my router, which I bought separately. His instructions were very easy to understand, even though I'm not tech-savvy at all. The internet speed and connection istelf is very impressive as well.

Just had an internet outage and John K. was able to get me back up and running within five minutes of calling. John was very courteous and handled the situation with ease. I highly recommend everywhere wireless to anyone who has it available within their building.

Inexpensive internet, down/uploads at advertised speeds, building and unit was already wired. Larney came to setup service, quick morning appointment, in and out. Xfinity can go fly a kite now.

John K. and Everywhere Wireless Support Team were great in getting activated. My building didn't have any of the jacks activated so John was great and patient as I had to set up and test every jack in the apartment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a complete breakdown of, not only my Internet connection, but also my computer and laptop. I was very frustrated. John Krystof recognized that I was unsettled and work slowly and carefully with me to get reattached. I can't remember all the steps or how many different ways he worked to get me connected, including taken control of my laptop, but after and hour and something we were connected and running well! I still need to invest in some new equipment and will probably have some follow up issues, but at least I'm able to connect don't feel so isolated in this technology world.

This company is the biggest scam and they associate with companies that sell and buy user info.

My significant other and myself recently switched from Comcast to Everywhere Wireless. Shortly before the visit, a rep from EW reached out to me to explain that I might need to communicate with the building manager because of changes in access to the internet room for our building. I would have hoped to receive more warning about something like this, but the technician who was onsight, Hector, was extremely helpful and resourceful. He stayed with us, did what work he was able to do, while I jumped through a few hoops to try and get access to the internet room. Hector was optimistic and committed to helping us set up service, and even went out of his way to offer help at the end of his shift, should things not pan out in the heat of the moment. Hector was punctual, stayed longer, provided us with an ethernet cord that we would have had to order, and made this experience much smoother than it could have been. The internet has been lightning speed and these are the fastest upload speeds I've ever had as well. I would recommend Everywhere to my friends and family no problem, as they provide good service and support net neutrality. Please consider them if you want to use a trustworthy, affordable, independent provider that isn't trying to monopolize the market and screw customers into a bundle like, like Comcast or AT&T.

Best internet service provider I have ever had. I've been with them for just under a year and I've only experienced two outages that lasted a few hours. This was due to a line being cut by a construction company in the area.

The employees here will do everything they can to ensure you are getting the speeds that you pay for. I was paying for gigabit for a few months and would always be around 950/950. I've since downgraded to the 500mbps plan and consistently get those speeds.

Overall I can't recommend Everywhere Wireless enough. I'm planning on moving and I'm sad that they aren't available in more areas of the city.

I've had service with everywhere wireless for four years and never had any problems with the service. I get the maximum speed advertised 95% of the time and only once or twice have I experienced any outages.

This week I moved and something was wonky with the internet setup in the new apartment. Everywhere Wireless sent Hector to my apartment the next day. He was extremely professional and sorted everything quickly.

Internet was very fast and reliable when we first got Everywhere Wireless 2 years ago. Now it's extremely spotty (multiple issues per day while working from home) and speeds are less than half of what they used to be.

I ve had the privilege of having Larney as my technician twice! Once in March 2019 when I lived in an apartment where I couldn t find the port/jack. He came and found the port and hooked it up for me right away. Then, today he was my technician again in a new building. He s a delight and very helpful! The company is responsive and available 7 days a week so it makes everything sooo much easier. Glad to have everywhere wireless again!

I must say this has been one of the most personable set up experiences. Larney was one of the nicest people I've met in a while. He was willing to help with set up of my Ethernet internet and was actually early to the appointment. What else can I say impeccable timing and first class service thank you so much!!
