John K. and the Everywhere Wireless Support Team were extremely helpful! I had a family emergency and wasn't able to make my phone call appointment the first time but they were very accommodating making a new appointment. Set up was very, very fast and John was very nice and patient. Definitely better than waiting on someone having to come to your house!
