Hector was very helpful in getting my internet back up and running. They have always been very accommodating to fix an issue as soon as possible.

Larney, the Tech sent to fix my connection, was awesome. Friendly and importantly, customer friendly. He was very knowledgeable, quick, polite, funny and made sure all the devices were connected before leaving. He also explained exactly what was going on and what he was doing. Internet works great and if you are lucky enough for him to be your tech, you're in great hands.

Larney got me set up very quickly! Give them a call - their internet is unreal!

Update: Technical service called and they were very helpful. Still I would recommend the company to inform their answering service better about the reason for their unavailability during business hours. I was told the technical service was out of office, but in reality they were busy since they keep only two technicians after 8 pm.

Although I called within their service hours, I couldn t reach the tech support. Instead, they had an answering service get my info and I was told they would call me the next day. In the mean time my internet speed is stuck around 5 mbs, one tenth of what they promise!

Great service and easy installation. Larney arrived on time and was super knowledgeable and quick with the installation process. He made sure a connection was made and everything was working properly before he left.

I was having consistent speed issues but their engineer was able to identify an issue and the issue seems to be solved for now.

I'll update again if the issue is solved in the long term.

Great speed and customer service. Larney set up my service and he was great! He came in the two hour time frame and was very helpful in answering all my questions.

I've been a customer going on 4 years and service and pricing are by far the best I've experienced from any of the other companies (AT&T - XFINITY - RCN). Very reliable service 200mbps up and down speeds at $49 a month no tax. This is the best ever...

My experience with everywhere wireless started with the first technician in 2018 and all the technicians from then to 11 18, 2019 with Matt who was sent to check on my router and computer. He did a very good job and I thank and appreciate you all for your good services.

I have been impressed with their professionalism, prompt communication and service mind from this company. Anytime I called for help either technical or billing issue, they provided me immediate useful help at ease with the sense that they really care the customers.

For example, today I spoke with Ryan, extremely polite clam representative. I was charged for an annual fee last week, but I will move from IL to NY in a 6 weeks. Ryan did not hesitate to refund me back and he charged me for one time monthly service and gave me 2-week free service as complimentary.. How sweet!!

Larney and Matt came to set up my service a few days after my order. They were on-time, friendly, and prepared (not something I can say about Comcast) and the whole setup was completely painless. The service quality is significantly better than Comcast both in terms of performance and reliability. I highly recommend checking them out if they're available in your building.

I had issues with my connection, their tech (Mike) came in and did an above and beyond job. He redid every cable and output jacks. My service was better overall, but the random drops didn't get fixed. I'll be happy to reschedule another service to figure out what's happening.

This is my first time working with Everywhere Wireless and my experience has been excellent.

First, I called the company and the customer service was super helpful. They gave me all of the information I needed, and were very quick to send me all the details via email (which was great).

Second, within a day, and working with my schedule, a technician came out to help set everything up. Larney was my technician and he was super helpful, and enjoyable to interact with. He got my internet setup quickly, and he was thorough in filling me in on anything that would be helpful down the road.

I'd certainly recommend Everywhere Wireless to other folks in the Chicago area.

Had an issue connecting to the Internet, and Everywhere Wireless was prompt, courteous, and helpful over the phone. When the issue still wasn t resolved, they were able to send a technician, Larney, immediately the next morning. Larney was so friendly and knowledgeable and got the issue resolved quickly! Even though setup was not as easy as expected, Everywhere Wireless was able to respond to and resolve the issue very well.

I already left a review on Yelp but I figured I would leave one here, as well. I was a AT&T customer for a very long time. My new Property Manager told me about Everywhere Wireless after I sat on hold with AT&T for a few hours. I called Everywhere Wireless and they had someone come out, hook up my router and I had Wifi in the matter of 24 hours. I cannot believe how accommodating, easy and fast the company and internet is. Honestly, it is insane to me that I had never heard of them before. I have recommended them to every single person that I have talked to. This all happened about a month ago so I cannot remember the tech's name - I believe it was Matt S. He was incredible. Super nice, knew exactly what he was doing and recommended me to do some things to ensure the internet speed is good for me. He even left me a longer cord if I wanted to move my router. I work in sales and service is always something I look for in a company. Everywhere Wireless has it all. Well done!

I'm only a few days into the service but incredibly impressed! Cheaper and faster than the other internet options in my building. The speed test checked out I'm getting what was marketed (489 based on 500mbps), which is blazing fast!

Sign up and installation was done so professionally and easily as well. Online sign-up took ~5-10 minutes, someone called me within 1-2 hours to set up an appointment same week to get the internet set up in-unit, my technician (Hector was his name! He's the best!) came on-time (called ahead of time and while in building to provide updates) and stayed in my unit even when I had router issues. I figured them out after he left and he still texted me and walked through everything with me and I was able to get someone in the office to get me across the finish line. Very happy and impressed!

I have recently moved from San Francisco to Chicago. I knew that a move like this would bring its challenges but nothing prepared me for what I had to go through.... However, not all stories are completely bad and the one spot of awesome service was provided by Everywhere Wireless. From the way Danial Hamidi attended my calls, walked me through the details and ensured I understood all aspects of the contract to the installation services Hector Martin provided. I have lived in many cities and have had many internet providers. Hector has been by far the best. He was on time to the minute, walked me through the challenges he saw in my unit and did not leave until I got the speed I am paying for. All in all this team is amazing and I am very happy to be doing business with them.

Had a problem getting connected. I called John K and we were all set and he updated our router remotely in five minutes. Great Job!

Had been dealing with a lot of problems from Everywhere Wireless over the last couple of months, had almost given up and switched Wi-Fi providers, but finally they sent someone over to fix the wiring. Larney from Everywhere Wireless was great, solved all the problems my router was having in the span of 15 minutes. I don't know how the people before missed the problem when they came earlier, but whatever they missed, Larney fixed it, great guy, great company, and very affordable pricing.

Today was a great day. Chris of Everywhere wireless walked me through setting up my internet service. He did an AWESOME job. I had not heard of the service before, however, I will be telling everyone about it now. I am so excited to have Everywhere Wireless as my new internet service provider. Great Job Chris, keep up the good work.

Installed this morning. My building is challenging, but the installer, Xavier, was diligent and took every step necessary to get me up and running. I dropped my previous provider 5 minutes after he left
