John K. and Everywhere Wireless Support Team was absolutely fantastic to work with. I am not the strongest when it comes to technology, but John K. was able to walk me through setting up my router to get my internet connected. He was very thorough and we got it back up in minutes. I have not had the most pleasant experiences with other providers in the past, but I am more than pleased with the services that I received on today. The call was quick, but MOST OF ALL I am leaving with more information on how to set this up than prior to my call. If something goes wrong, I would have absolutely no qualms with calling back, because I know that I am in good hands. Thanks John K.
