TBD on the service reliability (we just moved in, hence 4 stars for now) but the technicians, Hunter and Larney, were awesome! They went out of their way to communicate their expected ETA (there was an impromptu building outage before my appt. that took priority), did great work and were fun to talk to -- hope to work with them specifically for any future troubleshooting.
