John K is extremely helpful! The service is very smooth. He guided me step to step to setup the router, as well as remotely test my service on my end. Compare to my experiences with other internet providers, Everywhere Wireless had a fantastic start with me!

Honestly, this company is the best I've dealt with in my 12 years living here in Chicago (and I've used most of the big names here in the city).
I was having speed issues where I was getting about 1/3 of the download speed I was supposed to, so they sent out one of their technicians, Nate, to check on the problem. He ran through various tests and, when it was discovered one of Everywhere Wireless' links weren't properly set to receive the best signal to my building anymore, Nate informed me they'd fix it asap.
Not long after, I received a call from one of their support team members, Kevin, who informed me they had sent another tech out and got everything set, but wanted to go through speed tests with me and ensure I wasn't having any other issues.
We spent several minutes doing this (with an awesome little app that allows EW to remotely hook up with your computer for a minute and drive the bus so you don't have to fumble around - you can just watch and learn), and Kevin helped me reconfigure my router to get the best possible signal.
I'm back up to 200 download / 25 upload for my at-home business, and couldn't be happier! The entire EW team was extremely helpful, very kind, and answered every question I had in a way that I could better understand from a non-technical background.
I sincerely hope they keep growing - they're a role model for other Internet Provider companies in speed, knowledgeability, and friendliness.
Overall, the set-up was easy. Xavier (the technician) even recommended a good router. Once I got the router, J (customer service/tech support) was helpful in making sure I was getting great internet speed.

I moved into an apartment in Chicago a couple weeks ago and chose Everywhere Wireless as my internet provider, since they had the least confusing payment plans and I was interested in using my own router. Setup went smoothly -- Larney from Everywhere Wireless was helpful and got my router hooked up without any issues. The internet speeds match up with the plan I paid for, and I haven't had any problems with the service so far.

Fantastic packages, seamless installation, stellar customer service! I had RCN for several years, and was never satisfied with either the customer service/support or pricing. Our experience with Everywhere Wireless was great. We called the company at 11:30 am about a Wi-Fi connection issue that my wife and I could not resolve on our own. I'm just so happy to be away from the previous company my condo building was locked into. No more 8Mbps speeds! Now I'm clocking 95Mbps download and 25Mbps upload speeds! Cancel Xfinity now!!! Everywhere Wireless has been my internet provider for 5 years now and I'm still amazed at the quality of service. Reaching them is always easy. Never been on hold or on a crazy automated system. Friendly and helpful with all of my tech questions. They are like a help desk in a internet provider.

Due to some unexpected issues, I had to re-schedule the phone call two times and was sorta mortified to ask. But John was kind enough to accommodate both times and didn't say a thing. When we finally had the phone call, they were very patient and thorough. The setup was less than a minute and we were back to the connected world! Our conversation was extended a little, because they wanted to make sure that the speed was hitting the advertised. They even made plans at the end to check back with me regarding the speed. Absolute five stars for the service!
Recently had problems with speed/connectivity. Everywhere Wireless technicians provided expert support, both over the phone, and even came out in person, just to make sure there weren't any physical issues. Turns out it was settings in my router and computer that needed to be changed, which they assisted with, even though that's MY responsibility, not theirs. Great team, great service.

Their service used to be flawless and fast. Recently, they ve fallen down in the job. Their ads with the Dalmatian claiming that your dog is spotty, but your internet shouldn t be is becoming a bit of a joke. It s spotty as heck!

I was extremely pleased with the assistance I recently received from the Everywhere Wireless Tech named John K :) He turned my sadness into all gladness and smiles when he addressed my lack of Internet problem. He is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the wireless network and was able to fix my Internet issues during our two conversations. At the end of our first conversation he was putting in a work order for a Tech to come out to my home to assist with the lack of Internet. As soon as we hung up from each other the lights on my ASUS box came on, I called him back immediately and he was able to get me connected. I AM SO VERY HAPPY THAT YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE JOHN K. working for Everywhere Wireless...I would have been very disappointed if I had to wait for a Tech to come to my home. My building switched to Everywhere Wireless in January, and I've been having issues less than six months later. I called Customer Service, but they have very limited hours. I finally was able to call during their hours, and the technician made everything worse, then told me that he had spent too long on the phone with me. I am using the router they told us to buy. UNACCEPTABLE.

I haven t even switched internet providers yet and Everywhere Wireless has already been more helpful than my current provider. I m moving into a building that has Everywhere Wireless as the internet provider and I was informed all I would need is a router. I don t know much about routers so I emailed Everywhere Wireless to ask what type of router I would need. I had a response the same day with multiple router options, all that I could purchase quickly on Amazon.

I'd highly recommend Everywhere Wireless in general. For one thing, you can disconnect from big name providers that don't have your best interests as a consumer, and have shady practices and bad customer service. But additionally, this company is friendly, responsive, priced competitively, and provides great, reliable service. Switch over if you can, highly recommended.
When I found out that I don't have to pay for TV that I never watch anymore, it was a no-brainer for me to switch from Comcast to Everywhere Wireless. It feels really good to cut your monthly internet bill by half.
Service is superb with Everywhere Wireless, and that applies to both the internet and personnel. They explained everything well over the phone, signing up was super easy, and the installation technician, Alex, was polite, professional, and friendly! He even suggested from his personal experience to me what brands of wireless router to avoid and what brands are good. He was very, very helpful.
I ditched Comcast for Everywhere Wireless. If you're tired of spotty internet and poor personal services, I'd strongly recommend making that switch.

Every single time you call, you have to play 20 questions with someone who then promises you a call back. If you are following up on any previous conversation or if you miss your call back, you still need to go through all the questions, there is no way to continue a conversation where you left off whatsoever.
Larney was awesome. Fixed my issue with wiring within 20 minutes even though he hadn't even been in my building before. Fast, professional, and fantastic. I've been with Comcast for years, so my expectations on support were low. I'm blown away. There's a reason you see Larney on all these reviews.
