John K. and Hector were very helpful in setting up my new network. I was previously using Comcast as my internet provider. Not only was the connection spotty but trying to receive an acceptable level of service was like pulling teeth. John and Hector were very nice, down to earth people that helped a not-so-tech-savvy gal get her internet hooked up. I would highly recommend them.
