A shame !!! To flee!!! Agree with all the comments. Actually 1 star because obliged ... I took out ECANY health insurance for our female Australian Shepherd 2 years ago and am very happy with the operation and the guarantees relating to the chosen formula. Invoices are entered digitally as soon as the veto passes, reimbursements are made by transfer within approximately 2 weeks. Nothing more to add!

I absolutely do not recommend this insurance! Currently I am engaged with this insurance for 1 year that besides I was had in terms of contract and in terms of animal subscription! After being approached by ECA for the insurance of our cats, we signed with them. However, customer service contradicted the sales representative when the withdrawal period had not passed. (we have 2 CATS (Rougail and Dakatine) one in the name of my PACS spouse and one in mine (Aissa and Vincent-louise), the sales representative assured us that this would not be a problem, by reading the contracts I don't was not sure and I had asked her to double check. She maintained that it would not be a problem. 13 days later customer service told us that until the name was changed in icad, the animal was not covered because only one name possible on eca contracts) We have therefore taken the necessary steps to terminate (on time). From there, the manager Mr. Blanc called us twice to tell us that ultimately it would be good, the names would not be a problem. But we had lost confidence and we wanted to maintain this termination. He therefore confirmed by phone and email that our contracts would be terminated. Then a week later the customer service called me to tell me that it would not be possible. I had to use my legal insurance to verify it was possible. What she has to confirm. I had again confirmation from eca that we were on time and that it must have been a mistake that would be done soon. It's been 2 months since not only have we not been reimbursed for the fees charged on the day of the signature, but in addition we were charged the following month .... I begin to doubt that it is insurance and wonder if we have not come across a scam? Otherwise explain how the speech changes and the fact that it is not possible to break his contract properly?

Flee from everything! I am desperately trying to end my insurance because of the termination of my lease. 4 emails sent in 20 days and still no response. Unreachable. (on the other hand when it comes to harassing us by phone for additional sales always present) I will have to initiate proceedings with my bank. Pure and hard scam.

Insurance to flee !!!!!! Refunds almost NOTHING but nothing at all! Despite 30 euros of monthly contributions !!! A shame!!! We are going to terminate our contract, there is much cheaper elsewhere for better services !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Good on 176 euros, vaccine, dewormer and pest control, we were reimbursed only 50 euros. BE CAREFUL, even in the PREMIUM formula (the highest being PREMIUM +) we are not reimbursed for the dewormer and the antiparasitic. When registering in 2016, we were at 301 euros in contributions and to date, until December (no choice) we are at 424.44 euros per year. In other words, the registered letter is ready! BE CAREFUL! The PREMIUM formula being just in front of the PREMIUM +, after that, there is nothing else !!!!! A GREAT SCAM !!!!

I advise against. They have sent me the same school certificate 5 times ... and always with the same problems, there is no name of the insured child or the "individual accident" guarantee that I have been asking them for since. the day of my subscription. They do not understand what they are told and I bitterly regret having taken out a contract barely a week ago with them (I would not renew). Avoid this insurance. Never received my contract since February 2019, it was a person who finally answered by phone who gave me all the information concerning my contract. Registered letter sent in December for termination in February and we continue to be charged. Contact the insurance which says it is not normal but we continue to be charged. Blockage at the bank, file sent to a creditor, insurance which finds no traces after 2 letters and calls supposedly recorded. Today still not resolved and request for an amount up to January next year. Thieves, liars.

As everyone says, NEVER subscribe to this insurance. This is the beginning of a huge galley. BEWARE OF SCAMS! I insured my American Staff at their place, Before subscribing I asked a lot of questions to know the benefits of each formula, I was clearly sold what I was looking for. He doesn't tell the truth and uses curvy phrases to get you to understand the ones they want you to hear.
