4 stars just because the app does not work super well and I had to declare my disaster about 6 times before it works and my documents are received .. once my disaster is taken care of (the same day) j I was reimbursed in 4 days. (Mutual for my dog)
Easy to join them, answers and fast payouts. Astonished to see so much bad opinion! Hoping that I did not have just a stroke of luck!
