Took my 9yr old daughter to get her ears pierced for the second time. Atmosphere is fantastic and Kel who did my daughters piercings would have to be one of the most charismatic people i have met.

Lovely people, awesome place, see a live band, get tatted or a coffee or piecing, in cool eclectic artsy and vintage rustic style shop, usually owners an staffs little cute kids all around the joint, so kid friendly too, just use your best judgement if ur going to be able to watch them of course.

Stopped in to book a tat and grabbed coffee while i was there. The desk was very helpful and professional and the artist portfolios I saw were of high quality. The more established artists are booked 6 weeks in advance so I'll have more to say later. But the long black was one of the best I've ever had. Nowhere to hide, just like good ink.

My #1 local coffee shop. Love love love this place! The service, the atmosphere, the tattoos and the [on site fire roasted by hand] coffee is bang on ..do yourself a favour and stop in when you're in the Maitland area!

This is the only coffee shop (which is also a tattoo palour) in Australia which roasts thier coffee on open fire (re: timeout sydney), which gives thier coffee a distinct and strong flavour. It was definitely one of the best coffees i ever had. I went there the day after boxing day..and hence they hadnt stocked any food due to the holiday season. So didnt end up eating anything.
The ambience is all in. There is a pool table, a pin ball table, there is an area for live music, there is a shelf which sells clothes of a special pop brand etc. Overall good time

I absolutely love coming here.

I absolutely love coming here.
The coffee is unique and the service is nothing short of brilliant.
The tattoo artists who work here are awesome and super friendly.
Gone are the days of walking into a dingy tattoo shop.
Anyone from any walk of life can stroll in and feel comfortable immediately...

Such friendly, kind, welcoming staff.

Coffee is great. I cant wait for my next tattoo. Lots of experience and talent among staff and all have very different styles

Lost 4 star:

Lost 4 star:
-Not sure if it was a coffee buff 'policy', but they didn't serve decaff. Sometimes opting for decaff has health reasons the person itself hates too. You may not care for that single freaking decaffer in a larger group, but you don't want to loose the whole group next time, right?
-Acousticly the space is terrible. Please put the grinder in another corner. We couldn't talk every couple of minutes. Sipping coffee & talking is a Thing.
-No brownies (the most simple of all 'substantial' sweet).
-The worst one: D-I-S-P-O-S-A-B-L-E CUPS!!!
Come on ... DON'T. It is 2019.
That is only acceptable if you are a food truck.

What a fantastic innovative idea, such a warm inviting space, we got to see the owner actually roasting the coffee beans that we are about to drink that was so cool. The coffee is out of this world and we were made to feel so welcomed by David and Bree , we will definitely be back

One coffee shop not to miss.

One coffee shop not to miss.

Dave and Bree opperate a fantastic unique business,
The freshly in house flame roasted selection of coffee beans fills the room with aroma.

Convenient front parking and affordable pricing for the high quality they produce.

If your looking for a new coffee spot and a chance to meet some great people then do not hesitate to call in and see Dave and Bree.

With all hand made furniture made in house and the mixture of cabin and lumberjack items makes you feel relaxed and warm.

Wow, the coffee is amazing here! It was a dark coffee that is amazingly balanced. The guy who served me was passionate about coffee and offered to buy Filipino beans to roast for me! Top bloke. I'll be going out of my way to visit again, will get a tattoo here as well at some point.

I don't normally write a review in Google, but this place is definitely worth it. Just like the ducks at the background of the photo I took, this is a hidden gem. The cup is from Cabin Collective, I didn't have one with their logo on it.
