Avoid this insurance. Customer with them for a very long time, it is insurance is very technical level scam waited there until my 2 nd dog is 9 years old to make me defaults on invoices of up to 300 euro never reimbursed. They are very smart to have waited all this time no insurance will take your dog after 9 years so I am obliged to stay with them
