Never received my contract since February 2019, it was a person who finally answered by phone who gave me all the information concerning my contract. Registered letter sent in December for termination in February and we continue to be charged. Contact the insurance which says it is not normal but we continue to be charged. Blockage at the bank, file sent to a creditor, insurance which finds no traces after 2 letters and calls supposedly recorded. Today still not resolved and request for an amount up to January next year.
