If you read all the 1 star reviews, you should see a pattern that most people call a huge red flag? If you turn down their warranty, they will ignore you for almost 2 hours. I had a bank check, also paying over half in cash. We ended up leaving after they couldn't figure out how to add a person to the title who wasn't on the check - Really (your getting paid in full, why would they care)? I called my bank, and they even advised me to leave - no joke (Navy Federal)!, 4 times they spoke to us for <5 minutes, left the area, and didn't return in under 25 minutes. After reading the reviews, I'm glad to go somewhere else!

The prices were the best around and I love that their inventory is all three years or less with low mileage. This fits exactly what I was looking for. The process was very smooth. I set an appointment and when I arrived, the car was waiting for me to test drive. I made my decision and they had the paper work completed in about an hour so I could drive home in my new car. They also handled my rental return so couldn't have asked for more. Great company and great staff. I highly recommend this dealership.

Kyle Bryant was an awesome sales rep to work with and truly listened to what I was looking for and wanting in my vehicle purchase. He also did not overly pressure me into any of the "extra" products they offer. I would def go back and purchase from him again!

After 2 negative experiences at other area dealerships, I called Driversselect about a vehicle we found online. I had never really heard about this dealership but I m glad I called. I spoke with Trey who gave me more upfront, transparent information in 10 minutes than I received in several hours at the other dealerships. When I came in the next day, we found a no pressure approach and a seamless experience purchasing our vehicle. No bait and switch internet price that s too good to be true. Clean cars with clean CARFAX reports and a great staff, especially Trey. We re thrilled with our car and thrilled to have it without the headaches we had experienced elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Not for the impatient person! Took over 5 hours here. Yes there is no negotiating so no haggling or managers to deal with so that part is easier. Howver, everything else about the process is more difficult because they keep most of their cars offsite. You don't come here to shop. You need to know exactly what car you want so they can order it from their lot and that takes 40 minutes. If you want to look at another car, it's another 40 minutes. Took over 1.5 hours to get car washed and ready to go. Overall the people are very nice but it was still as painful as ever to buy a vehicle.

A co-worker recommended them and after visiting a couple of times to test drive. I met a salesman named Austin Chambliss (he s Awesome) and he and I have been communicating for about a month or so and he reached out to me a few times just to check on my and my family and to see how I was recovering from my accident. That alone says a lot about his level of customer service and professionalism. Well today we had an appointment at 1:30 and was out at 5:30 with keys in our hand and huge smiles on our faces!! Austin and Heather in sales, really worked hard to get us a good deal that also included extended warranty and gap insurance. Thank you driver select I will use you ll in the future and definitely recommend you guys to family and friends.

I purchased a vehicle approximately 6 months ago. Low mileage Durango that "looked" good.
However, I began to notice a slip in the transmission and pulling to the right also was notified to bring my vehicle in for a recall from Dodge for something minor. To my surprise I was told the vehicle had been in either a crash or some kind of front end impact. I looked over the service history and sure enough the previous owner had brought the vehicle in for service due to front end problems.

I then noticed the tires and sure enough one of them had been replaced. Just so happened to be the one on the side of the damage. ( Obvious indication someone replaced the wheel and tire)

The damage was told to me that it was obvious from a mechanic perspective from Dodge. But driverselect team let it slip through there "inspection" process. So right now as it sits in the dealers garage i'm getting a bill because it was out of the 12k mileage warranty.

I called DRIVERSELECT and informed them of this situation. There words were

" Does not matter the vehicle history or the situation its outside there window to do anything".

Its been barely 6 months and now i'm paying for to fix what they missed and would never recommend them to anyone.

Very Poor experience, Selected a car, had my own finance from a Credit Union. Dealership refused to give any official document to the Credit union to process the loan. I accepted to go with one of the lenders contracted with the dealership, they asked me for impossible documents, I explained to them the documents they are asking for are impossible to get, they just refused to entertain. Clear case of discrimination termed as dealership practices.

Hensay Q. was the guy who responded to my online inquiry with a phone call. He wasn't pushy, but rather helpful and very kind. When we got to the location, only one of the vehicles we were interested in was on the lot, and instead of just saying he couldn't get the other one there, he personally went and got the other vehicle and drove it to our location while we test drove the first vehicle. Hensay never pushed, never tried to get us into something we didn't want....this by far was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had.
Also, the finance department was on point. We got a great deal, and we will definitely be back when we are ready to buy again!

Excellent experience! Tommy was fantastic! Went over and beyond to help us. I'll share a few things that helped us.
1. Price is what it is. Love this! No haggling at all.
2. They gave more for our trade-in than KBB showed which was fantastic. About $1000 more.
3. Try to come another day than Saturday. It was really really busy. We had an appt which helped but still took a while.
To rave on Tommy a little more. We found the SUV we really liked but it had a very obvious scratch on the back. We then went to look at the other ones they had but none were what we wanted. He asked his mgr and took the SUV we first liked to another dept where they sanded and did something else to it where the scratch basically disappeared! We were so happy and ended up buying that one. If it wasn't for that we probably wouldn't have purchased an SUV or not one we would have been completely happy with. So thank you Tommy for your excellent customer service skills!!

Bennie had tons of knowledge about the vehicles I was interested in, was patient with my odd questions & even got me the best warranties all UNDER my desired budget! Now that s a good sales associate! And I loved that Bennie was with me from the beginning of the whole process, no passing off from dept to dept, or sales person to sales person. This place is awesome - they pay their salespeople a living wage plus commission so it s a fairly low stress environment. We didn t feel rushed or like they were hard selling us.

Dan was great and answered all our questions and stayed an hour and a half after closing time to get us in our new car. He was very gracious and even apologized for us having to stay so long when it was totally our doing. Will do business with them anytime we need a car for sure.

I bought a car from driversselect almost a week ago. I had a very smooth and nice experience and really glad with my newly purchased Hyundai Elantra. My salesman was Larry Pelky, very friendly, patient, answered all the questions I had, didn't have any problems at all with him, didn't push me to buy any extra insurance etc.. The dealership itself really large, comfortable and has enough space for everyone, free coffee, cacao, anything you want to drink.

My experience at DriverSelect was the best experience I ve had at an auto dealership. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online, spoke with a representative to set up a test drive. In the mean time I sent my buddy who runs a delearship the link to see if he could find a truck as nice, with hardly any miles, and also to see if I was getting a good deal. After a few hours my buddy called me and said to go drive that truck and get it, he couldn t match the price, mileage, or vehicle...long story short, Driver Select will get every referral I have, they re great!!!

I traded my Jeep Wrangler in for a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from this place. Overall, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Driver Select due to their great prices BUT I caution future purchasers of the time it takes without having an appointment.. 6 hours for me. Three of those hours spent negotiating because they sneak their Gap, Extended Warranty, and Accessories costs in the total when working up numbers... AFTER running your credit. So, you don t have the option (or you do if you want) to run away before running your credit. Be very careful and read ALL of the lines on the paperwork. We talked about potential numbers then I was happy with where I stood. They ran my credit and the total financing price was MUCH higher than I had anticipated. After 4 different negations, I finally got the manager to come out and work up the deal on the computer right in front of me and we closed the deal. Had this happened in the beginning, it would have been a MUCH faster process. In the end, I ended up with a nice vehicle with only 1 key and no floor mats (which I was not told about until I had already signed paperwork). The salesman gave me a package of new Weather Tech mats so that was fine. Wish I had gotten more for my Jeep or less off the car for simply sitting in there for 6 hours.

Came back and said they post the key and ordering it from Germany. If you dont wanna show it, its okay. Next time find a better excuse.

Just like last time, they are holding my GAP refund and won't return my calls. If you refinance or pay your vehicle off early the GAP $ is sent to driversselect. If you don't fight, they keep YOUR money. Crooks! Last time I went to the BBB and I guess that I'll have to do AGAIN to get my refund on my second vehicle. BUYER BEWARE, getting any service after you buy is IMPOSSIBLE and they basically steal what's legally yours.

They wont haggle, but their prices are below "trade in value". So basically you could buy a car and then go to another dealership later and they would pay you more for it. Called and spoke to Tommy Calhoun. Ask for total walk out price for a certain car . One day passed no call . Called back and let them know about the situation with Tommy and asked for walk out price again the gentleman who answered said I will guarantee to have someone call you back in 10 minutes . Waited .... No call . Called back told them about the situation and asked to change sales person to someone else other than Tommy . The gentleman on the other side of the line who's name I did not get says that Tommy will take care of us. (Rolling my eyes ) I said to him .... look we are making a 3 hour drive to you and I need someone that I can depend on. I don't want to get there and then we can't get a hold of Tommy . The gentleman says Tommy will take care of you. Tommy calls us we tell him we are on the way he's short and rude on the phone . Note he knows we have total cash pay out for car but still rude . We take that risk because the car we were looking for in a particular color was in stock there . We get there and let them know we have an appointment with Tommy . We wait . They page him again . We wait . They call him again .finally I say just please give me a different sales person . They did and the guy tells me we are giving you *** as your sales person and the guy says "*** will be down faster than Tommy " I guess Tommy has a reputation. So we meet the new sales guy and we tell him which car and he goes to get keys and comes back and says the car you are wanting to see is having trouble . It wont start . The mechanics are looking at it right now . Im not sure how long it will take . In my experience I will never refer any friends and family to this place. Finally we see the car . Heaven help me . I drove all this way for this . Car claimed to have 20 plus thousand miles . It looked like it should have atleast 100000 miles. It reaked of cigarettes . Was extremely dirty on the inside that could have been cleaned up . It had cigarette burns. It was super scratched up . Tires were bad. Vinyl on driver door was torn . It looked really worn out . Its hard to believe that it was so low on miles and a 1 year old vehicle. Too top it off they try and charge you all kinds of extra fees. Inventory fees , some kind of fees for completely going through a check system to assure its a great working car . It looks like they dropped the ball on this one .Service is horrible . Buying a car should be a happy experience .I will never do business here again .

I had a great experience with driversselect. Ryan Terwilliger was amazing!! He went the extra mile, never wad pushy. Always took what i wanted into consideration, never put making a sale first!! He made me feel like he genuinely cared about what I wanted in my next purchase of a vehicle. Hr was overall a wonerful person to work with!! I most definitely consider using him and driverselect again, and i of course will be recommending Ryan!!!

Although we bought a car today at Driver select on 75 I left with a bad feeling. Our sales man, Paul, was great- however, when we got there to test drive the car it was not on site. They also informed us at this point it only had one key. Then, when they finally took us out to drive it after an hour or so of waiting for the car to appear, the key did not work. It was a push button car and the key worked neither to make the lights flash, nor turn the car on and although the key was present it said "missing key." Immediately I started to wonder if this was even the right key for this car and why they didnt they have 1 functional key for a 2 year old car with 16,000miles. After trying several new key batteries, and the key still not working, the key guy who happened to be onsite had a trick where he could get the car to start by holding the key up to the drive shaft. Needless to say our confidence was waning. In my mind this was not a workable option, even for test driving the car and I was starting to wonder if his was a stolen car. My husband asked to see a manager to see if a working key could be added to the deal we had already made, since the key they had seemed suspect. Unlike Paul ( who was very proficient), the manager, a gray haired man whose name I don't remember, came over to handle us. He immediately tried to turn things around: asking how long we had waited before we got to test drive the car- we hadn't gotten to test drive it we answered, because it didnt have a functional key and we asked one be a part of the deal. That was not with in his capability, but after hearing we had already paid a down payment he very generously said he could hold the car for 24 hours until they got the key reprogrammed. His attitude was very flippant. If customer service is their motto, he should not be their manager. I left and was very ready to get a car anywhere else, but my husband was tired of looking and ended up staying and waiting a couple more hours while they reprogrammed the key and ended up BUYING a second key. It's just disappointing when an experience that could have easily been smoothed over is not handled well, and now customers who could have been lifelong repeat customers (we have 4 drivers in our family and will soon have 5) and we're referred here bya positivereport from a friend will not be returning or recommending Driver select.

I was highly pleased with the service I received at this dealership. From the moment I applied for pre-approval online, to the drive off of the lot, I received nothing but welcoming faces and lots of support. If any of you are looking to get a car in the near future I highly recommend checking this place out. The cars are high quality vehicles with full service reports and it really feels like they're working to get you the car that meets your needs within your budget. The salesperson that I worked with, Cliff Rideaux, was so polite, knowledgeable, and provided me with thorough explanations the entire time. Not only did he help me get a car, but he helped me understand where my money was going, gave accurate estimates of payments, had full details on the vehicles I chose to look at, offered realistic opinions on what was necessary and what was frivolous based on my needs, and a comprehensive knowledge of the inventory on the lot. I never once felt pressured to get something I didn't like and I still feel like i'm in a safe reliable car that I can trust. I do recommend scheduling an appointment if you have any intent to car shop here because it does get very crowded, but they move you through the process quickly and smoothly and I believe it's well worth the wait if you don't. Let me begin by saying I live in Houston and the dealership is in Dallas plus this is my second vehicle purchase within a year from DriversSelect and Chris Shue. I cannot say enough about Chris; this man goes above and beyond any dealership representative I have ever dealt with. The first purchase 9 months ago was the most seamless I have ever experienced and I have purchased more vehicles in my 64 years on this earth than I can remember. I didn t hesitate on this purchase to return to Chris and DriversSelect and Chris somehow managed to exceed the buying experience from the first purchase! When I arrived from my drive up from Houston with a car dolly in tow Chris had everything ready to go; the car was shined up and all paperwork was ready to sign. Without hesitation and within 30 minutes of arrival we were in the lot with Chris personally loading and securing the vehicle to the car dolly. This meant the world to me since I just had a total hip replacement 9 days before this transaction and my mobility was very limited. All told within an hour from my arriving from Houston I was back on the road home with my daughters shiny new car in tow. Thanks Chris!
Regarding the dealership; as I stated this was my second purchase from them and aside from Chris I found the dealership to be an overall 5-star experience plus their prices cannot be beat. Thanks to the wonderful world of information technology and having the ability to shop and compare online I could not find better pricing than DriversSelect had to offer, I saved several thousand dollars on a comparably equipped vehicle here in Houston hence making the round trip to Dallas a no brainer. I did find out they are planning to expand their business to Houston, now if I can convince Chris to follow my next purchase will be enhanced even more so!
In closing I offer a heartfelt thank you to Chris and all of the staff at DriversSelect that made this buying experience such a great one I ll be back!!!

Been looking for 5 months for a replacement vehicle that was near exactly like my lease vehicle. Drove 5 in 3 months then finally on Tuesday drove the car we wanted to buy. 2.5 hrs later we were driving home in our new ride. Easy to do business with and nice vehicles in inventory. I bought a 2018 Lincoln . I kept it about 3 months then traded it for Acura MDX 2020. I cancelled the gap coverage with the people necessary I waited about six weeks and them back . I was told they sent the refund to Driver Select. So I been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back in reference to my refund. No one has called me back are I haven t received my refund. Bad business.

I looked around, but had the best experience and outcome here! I was in and out and less than an hour and I got what I wanted, not what someone wanted me to have. Thanks Josh!

The car was not ready for the pick up . We spent more than 90 min at the dealership and still the car wasn't ready . The sales person Ryan was not professional at all and probably that's why the car was not ready for the pick up even after paying deposit and scheduling pickup . When they knew the charger was broken on an electric car they didn't bother to inform or order new one while delivering the car to us . The key fob was broken as well and so now we have a electric car without charger and a broken key fob . After spending 24k dollars I have a car that is siting in my garage technically useless . Forget about recommending to friends I won't even go for myself . Most importantly even when you email multiple people and then to Mark who I guess is a CEO wouldn't bother to reply to my emails .
Very disappointed with the over all experience . One good thing happened was sales manager Jay took authority to replace the key when it was blamed on me that I broke it within 10 seconds of having keys in my hand by the person who pulled over my car in front .

Only purchased because of vehicle selection. Needed to trade in suv for a third row suv. I knew what I wanted and found the vehicle on auto trader with the model and features I was looking for. Immediately noticed the rims were in poor shape so I mentioned that along with the fact someone had removed the navigation sd card. These things were fixed before I picked up the vehicle, but on the ride home I noticed the cooled and heated seats didn t work. Also the charging port in the console was broken, the usb wire just there hanging. Not sure why this vehicle wasn t looked over and brought back up to par before showing. Not a deal breaker but still needed to be taken care of before leaving with it. I had asked for a car fax a few times, even though they guarantee they all have excellent records I just wanted to have this with my paperwork. They kept forgetting to give it to me so I had to drive another 40 minutes a couple days later to have this printed because I couldn t get phone calls or email responses. Carfax had no records besides the fact the vehicle was sold three years earlier. Then I took the car back to have the seats fixed, waited three hours and all they did was look at the fuse box within those three hours, when they could not determine the issue I was given a loaner. 7 days later, no one has an update for me and the tags on the loaner have expired. Still get no responses when I leave voicemails or send emails checking on my vehicle. Who knows when I ll get the vehicle back or a response without having to drive back over there with expired tags. Bad experience all around. The negotiating wasn t pleasant either, I was backed into a corner with a low ball offer on my fully loaded suv, and ten hard inquiries on my account when I told them from the beginning what bank I wanted to go with and to not run my credit that many times, but that s another story.

We took a 3-hour road trip to Dallas and were completely ready to make a purchase with driverselect today. We were upfront with my car salesman that I had financing already with my bank. We specifically stated that we had an electronic vehicle buyers check. He then informed us that they don t accept those while we were at the dealership, which meant if we wanted this car we d have to finance with them. Or, we d have to make the trip back home, then back to Dallas to purchase the car, and then finally back to home. HOWEVER, he assured us that he could get close to the rate that I was approved for with my bank. We, of course, really didn t want to have to travel so much back and forth, so we said to go ahead and run the numbers. We waited about 45mins for them to come up with a rate. When they did, I was very upset and appalled that they came back with a rate that was more than double what my bank gave me. MORE THAN DOUBLE. At this point, we d wasted our time. We really wish they would ve been up front with not accepting an eVBC, and also, saying that they could ve gotten us a pretty close rate on my loan. I was pretty disappointed leaving without a car.

Gave us an outrageous interest rate and forced us to use in house financing. Also forced us into buying an additional warranty for 3000 dollars. Called my bank and got 4% from the 9% they gave us. May be good if you have bad credit but BUYER BEWARE if you have good credit because good interest rates is something you wont get here

Also ran my wifes credit 6 times and screwed her score. Unless you want your score to drop 100 points dont give them your info
