I was highly pleased with the service I received at this dealership. From the moment I applied for pre-approval online, to the drive off of the lot, I received nothing but welcoming faces and lots of support. If any of you are looking to get a car in the near future I highly recommend checking this place out. The cars are high quality vehicles with full service reports and it really feels like they're working to get you the car that meets your needs within your budget. The salesperson that I worked with, Cliff Rideaux, was so polite, knowledgeable, and provided me with thorough explanations the entire time. Not only did he help me get a car, but he helped me understand where my money was going, gave accurate estimates of payments, had full details on the vehicles I chose to look at, offered realistic opinions on what was necessary and what was frivolous based on my needs, and a comprehensive knowledge of the inventory on the lot. I never once felt pressured to get something I didn't like and I still feel like i'm in a safe reliable car that I can trust. I do recommend scheduling an appointment if you have any intent to car shop here because it does get very crowded, but they move you through the process quickly and smoothly and I believe it's well worth the wait if you don't.
