If I could give 0 stars I would. I filled out online finance application someone via email stated that they was going to contact me and I gave permission to run my app. That was almost a month ago. Never heard nothing but checked my credit and they ran my info 7-8 times for a hard inquiry which is bad for credit. Any who the same day I contacted Car Max, next day drove off the lot 2015 Chevy no money down with good follow and customer service.
