I bought a 2018 Lincoln . I kept it about 3 months then traded it for Acura MDX 2020. I cancelled the gap coverage with the people necessary I waited about six weeks and them back . I was told they sent the refund to Driver Select. So I been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back in reference to my refund. No one has called me back are I haven t received my refund. Bad business.
