Great deal for a great car. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS BEFORE YOU WALK OUT OF THE LOT! The navigation SD card was not in place. I tried calling the location at least 10 times. Every time I am promised it will be ordered and to wait a couple of weeks and they will let me know when we can come in to have it popped in. I do not hear back from anyone after that! This is happened at least 6 times. Then I call the main office. A very nice manager tells me that's unacceptable and that he'll make sure someone contacts me to get this resolved ... I'm still waiting! The price and quality of the vehicles are great, but this horrible customer service experience is going to keep me away. I'm also going to make sure no one I know goes there. A $200 part is going to cost them tens of thousands of dollars ...

UPDATE: Apparently there was a snag with my request and information. Long story short, the part was finally ordered and mailed to me. We put it in the car and it is working. Back to being a happy customer, though there was no need for the struggle and long wait. Thank you.

Special thanks to Bennie Cardona for being incredible the last two weeks and working directly with me about the specific car I was wanting and looking for. Not only did he personally handle every single question I had via the phone, but he personally went and drove the cars I was interested in, gave me updates daily and suggestions and was amazing. I purchased a car from salesman, Mr. Washington and my experience was smooth, easy, and he s very thorough. I went in to purchase a vehicle that I didn t do a lot of research on and after him asking me a few questions about what I was looking for, he asked me would I test drive a more luxury yet fast car. I was shocked as to how, easy and fast my experience was. The most I had to wait was 15 minutes for a finance person. Jeff Jewell was amazing to work with. He never spoke over me and he listened to what I really wanted. Even when we spoke initially and I was in bit of a panic because my truck had just broken down. I first spoke to nick first then was transferred to ryan. I made it very clear that i didn t have any type of credit, they insisted i would qualify when i told them my income. i apply same day they said i won t qualify because of my lack of credit and thier would be a 500 needed minimum to work with them. Shady business decieptful people just wanna get you in the door.

My car journey has been a dysfunctional experience. I bought a car last week from another dealership. The type of car I got, price was not justified and so I contacted DriversSelect EchoPark and they found me something that was so much better. I bought the car from them and returned the other car back to the other dealership. Well not even four hours into having the car something was seriously wrong and I took it back all the same day. Vance the manager listened to my concerns and test drove the car and told me that he was glad I brought the car back bc something was indeed really wrong. He partnered me with Kyle who was absolutely kind, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend working with him. He was AMAZING. Dan assisted me earlier in the day and he helped me tremendously too and moved mountains to get me the best interest rates and payment. So I want to say thank you to everyone who helped me today get a car I feel safe in and proud of. I definitely recommend shopping here. I got a bad car initially but they made the situation right and took amazing care of me. THANK YOU!

Bought a car a few weeks ago and it was a perfect and easy experience. All of the staff is friendly and very helpful. We had a small problem with the key but Jacob fixed it without a problem. 10/10 recommend this place to buy your car!

We recently purchased a vehicle @ drivers select. They have a huge inventory of all makes/models.
Our salesman, Randon, was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, personable, efficient & knew the product! He did not waste our time showing us vehicles we were not interested in nor did he pressure us into buying a vehicle.
He allowed us to test-drive the vehicle without accompanying us, which allowed us to test the vehicle to our satisfaction.
He kept us informed of every step during the process. Very stand-up guy!

Charles McCormick was our dealer. He really came through for us. We had some difficulties due to our credit history. He worked for weeks on his own to help us find financing for a vehicle. A few weeks after we first contacted him, he called us with great news. He had found financing for us at a really reasonable rate. This man went over and beyond for us He made us feel that we were more than just a commission. In my past experiences at other dealerships, you usually get stuck with someone that is only worried about how they can come out on top. Charles was not like that at all. He showed compassion and our forth the effort to make a dream a blessing. Thanks Charles!!

Best car buying experience I've had ever. I purchase 5-10 vehicles per year. I decided to try these guys due to extensive selection of the vehicle we wanted. I ender up looking at 7 different vehicles but we found my wifes new-ish car! They gave us fair trade on our old car and the price on the one we wanted was very competitive. I will definitely visit these guys first for our next Vehicle purchase.

This is my new go to place for all my vehicle needs in the future. I was given top dollar for my trade in and the vehicle I bought was practically brand new and in perfect condition. It was also a couple thousand less than other dealerships I shopped.

Worked with DeMeon at drivers select and it was a great experience on a Monday! Everything process wise along the way was stream lined and stress free. There were no snags and all the information and paperwork was correct and waiting for me when I arrived later in the day. During the day they took great care of my wife allowing her time with different vehicles without rush. Had an appointment flew in from Arizona and had constantly contacted them to make sure 2 vehicles were there to view on arrival. Got there no one was ready or had any information saved waisted hours going over every again only to find out BOTH vehicles sold the day before. No one notified us. Huge disappointment waist of time and inconvenience. Went to Westway Ford. Better quality and customer service

Very poor costumer service and i had to wait like for hour even to talk with a sales person...i found them online and they had good price and i was going to buy car from them for sure...but their lack of costumer service made me change my mind...

The experience was like no other. Robert was my salesman and he was so patient and attentive. It took me 3 days to really find the car that I was looking for and that fit me and my family needs. I was looking for certain things and I wanted a certain fill, Robert was a great help through the process. Sales person told me that all the vehicles are priced to sell and no negotiation can be made, that is unheard of, never seen any other dealer do that anywhere, even an official dealerships negotiate prices. Will remember their name to avoid it

Had an interesting but overall pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle earlier this week. This is not the typical dealership. My wife and I had to wait for a little while (30+ minutes) before a sales associate could meet with us. They were short staffed due to COVID-19 situation which was understandable. Our sales associate (Chris Salva) was excellent to work with and would highly recommend him. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and discussed alternatives.

We test drove a car, liked it and did the deal. Chris and I discussed extended warranties and other options they had to offer. Even though, I respectfully declined, Chris was very upfront with all of the information for me to make a decision.

The paperwork took a little extra time because there was a system error, but they immediately fixed it, no problem.

I will definitely consider this dealership again when looking for another vehicle.

Chris was very helpful as my initial contact and helped as needed throughout the process. The financial team that put the package together, not so good. i spent 3 hrs doing something that should have only taken about an hour. They were definitely not problem resolution oriented. Apparently needed more training in paper work and customer contact!

DONT GO THERE! They prey on you, especially women, in your time of need for a car when you don't have any other options. Also, don't tell them how much you can put down until THEY tell you first. I went thinking my downpayment was going directly to my car and it didn't. I was NEVER informed that & definitely put down more than I should have.

Overall, don't trust this business. They scam and are only looking out for themselves. They put on a good mask while you're there. My $1000 down was a waste it seems :(

I bought a 2017 Mustang a few days ago and was super impressed by the facility and staff! The first day I came and test drove a few cars Enrique was very helpful. The next day I came back and decided on the Mustang and was helped by David and he was great! He showed me all the things I needed to know about the mustang, was very professional, and made the whole first car buying experience super easy. I definitely would recommend either of them to help anyone who is on the look for a new car!

Don t go without an appointment, you d b lucky to get someone to help u. They re really busy and ud have to wait on them to get your car from their offsite garage.

You'd be wise to avoid this place and save yourself time and money. After 5+ hours of waiting we were sold a car and an Express Dent Care policy by Porfolio Protection that we said we'd, "think about." When our sales person finally came back to us, we told him we decided not to get it and he said, "it's already in the paperwork and will take another 30 minutes to remove." We were told not to worry, it can be canceled at anytime. In the fine print, cancellations must be made in writing, so I did that immediately. Two months later, I still have not gotten a response, let alone a refund. When my husband wrote in a complaint, he got a response from Wes W., Senior Guest Loyalty Specialist and was told he'd be contacted that day, but of course was not.

The car has had the check engine light on on three separate occasions in the 60 days we've owned it. The picture attached is from the latest visit from the dealer. Wow.. a whole host of problems. I am not sure we were sold a lemon, but I AM sure the inspection process is inadequate. Even the service tech at the dealership shook his head at Drivers Select saying he's had bad experiences with them before.

If you still think you want to purchase from here... try this experiment. Call the number and ask for sales, you'll reach someone right away. They are happy to get you started on spending money. Now call back and ask for service, good luck with that! I've never reached a human on that extension.

11/28 update, I finally got ahold of the administrator of the Dent Express Care policy. They have no record of my vehicle or contract. I wonder what happened to the $500 Driverselect charged me for this "protection" at closing. More wasted time on this sale. Cannot recommend NOT patronizing this business enough.

Certainly a poor first impression. Found a car on the website. Called and left a message for one of the Sr. sales reps to call me back. He did not. Called their 800 # and was told the car was available and to come by for a test drive. Showed up and hour later. Waited 20 mins after checking in for a salesperson to address us. Gave her the info on the car we wanted to see/drive. A few mins later she and a manager come back and say the car I was told was available was being loaned out and not actually available to see/drive. So my wife and I wasted about 2 hours today trying to buy a car that they say they want to sell but don't have!

I loved the whole experience! I don t buy cars often, simply because I HATE HAGGLING!!! This was the easiest and most pleasant. THE PRICE? Even my banker couldn t believe the deal I got and WITHOUT HAGGLING!!! They fixed whatever I pointed out (minor touch ups) right on the spot. Very accommodating and they just made it easy. I m a fan!

The car selection and the salesperson (DeMeon) were wonderful, but I am disappointed by 2 aspects of the process after I decided to purchase a vehicle.

I had prearranged with a local garage to bring in the car for an inspection, but the DriversSelect manager would not allow me to do so. After the purchase, I did take the car to a mechanic, who identified the car had been in an accident, although the CarFax report showed "clean". DriversSelect said they did a ~300-point inspection, but apparently, they missed that little detail.

I had prearranged financing through my credit union, but DriversSelect said I had to use their financing, which was 1.5 pts higher than my Credit Union. The Finance manager explained that using their financing allowed them to keep the (advertised) price of the car lower. The net result is a $750 surcharge, when calculating the present value of the higher payments.

Very nice staff, helpful, quick and too the point. Got the car I wanted for the price I needed. Good ambience of the actual business.

I first heard the add on 94.5 on Thursday, one day after talks with a Honda and Toyota dealership, time was really a factor due to the fact I wanted to surprise my wife with an early Christmas gift that Friday so Friday came and still I had heard nothing from either Dealer, so like I wrote I heard the add on the radio about how 90% of the deal was done over the net and phone and at 3:20 Friday I filled out an app and received a call from Ruben Licon about 30 minutes later and long story short I headed over there after work and Ruben made my Wife's Christmas, MAD PROPS to Ruben Licon and thank from the Sanchez Family!!!!!

My parents are from Midland, TX and purchased a vehicle from Driver's Select (DS) on 11/21/17. Before travelling to Dallas, they got in contact with DS and were matched with Larry Pelky who helped my parents source the right vehicle, and got all of the paperwork started. When they flew to Dallas a couple of weeks later and actually met Larry in person, DS was extremely busy, as Larry had multiple customers on-site. Larry made sure to check in periodically with my parents while the vehicle was being cleaned and the final paperwork was completed. When Larry walked my parents around the truck for the final time, my mom noticed 2 spots on the front passenger seat. Larry immediately went into action and had the 2 spots removed.

Thank you Larry for taking great care of my parents and for making their experience a great one!

Charles went above and beyond helping us buy our new car! Even with the difficulty of finding a lender he pushed his way through and I now have a new car! Our car is beautiful and the issues pointed out from our test drive were fixed prior to us leaving the location! Many thanks to you Charles and your management team! Job well done!

It's my opinion that most car dealership experiences are not pleasant. Drivers Select isn't much different, I didn't enjoy it but it wasn 't horrible. I think "not horrible" is about the best you can hope for in most dealership experiences. DS generally delivered on what they said they would do however you expect very little flexibility from them.

I had a great experience with Driver Select and am very satisfied with my 2015 Sonata. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle without the hassle! Very friendly staff that work hard to get you the best deal.

Horrible Customer Service and Scam Artists Stay Away! I purchased what I was told was a grey Cadillac cts under factory warranty. After having it a few years I had an accident. I tried to take my car to Cadillac but Cadillac refused to fix it informing me that my car was not the original color. The color code on my vin is PWT according to Cadillac this stands for powder white. Driver select told me it stood for power thunder grey. So now I discover my car is not worth nearly what I paid for it and I cannot have it repaired to its original condition because driver select failed to tell me my car was white then painted pink then grey on top. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed the customer that sold them the car, even though they are a dealership. According to their logic, If I buy a white car and paint it black and trade it to driver select, as long as its a good paint job and there is a clear car fax they will sell it to another consumer without disclosing the color change which depreciates the value of the vehicle. When the new customer discovers that the car was painted, driver select will say the people who sold it to them lied and its not their fault. They offered to commit insurance fraud by offering to repair my car and refunding my the insurance check. When I declined to break the law with them they refused me service. Roc T stop sending people here they are con artists. Run away they are liars and frauds only out to make a quick buck off the average consumer trying to save a few dollars

Deane is very patient and knowledgeable representative. He explained us all the aspects of the financing and as well as features with the vehicles beautifully. He answered all queries and was very patient with all the process also kept us updated with intermittent progress whenever he could.Thanks Deane & Drivereselect.

A friend bought 2 of her vehicles from Driver Select, and recommended I go there for mine. I had to replace my old car since fixing the oil leak would have cost as much as the car was worth.
Charles McCormick was the sales person who helped me. He was really responsive to my many questions and concerns.
I asked about the inspection process they performed on the vehicle i was interested in, and he said he'd find out, and after more conversation he left the desk we were at.

Then I saw him RUN BACK! That proved how much he valued my time, and my business.

Pro tip: as soon as you walk in ask for Caitlin and you are good to go. If you are buying a car it s just going to take a few hours and she was incredibly cool to hang out with. She was patient and informative and put zero pressure on us. It was obvious she just wanted to get us in the best car for us. We ended up getting a Pacifica for 3k less than market value. Just be sure you know what you want to do financially before hand. They handle all their financing in house and offer gap insurance and warranties. For me, I just wanted the car with no extra plan and it worked out great.

OMG!!! Had an AMAZING time working with Kevin Keough. This was our 2nd time working with him. He's funny, caring, and so friendly. This was our 3rd time dealing with the people at DRIVERSSELECT. 1st time was in 2006 and we spent 9 hrs with 3 small girls under the age of 10. In 2011 we gave them another chance and let me say it wasn't 9 hrs it was more like 2 hrs. We looked online and found the car we wanted and filled out the application. When we got there Kevin had everything ready for us. We went back this time and bought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. We shopped online and called Kevin up and he had everything ready for us this time. Vance got a lower payment for us which was AWESOME!!!! Love this place. Easy as PIE and we LOVE Pie!!!!

I live 4 hours away from this dealership and tried for 2 weeks to get someone from finance, a manager, anyone to let me know exact numbers so there wouldn t be any surprises when I got there. Never got a call back and salesperson that was texting me was very short with his answers like I was wasting his time. Just purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot from VROOM and they took my trade in that I owed money on and got me 2% lower from 6.99 to 4.99 on the rate. They took the time to call and text me and stayed in constant contact with me until we came up with numbers that we both agreed to. Great easy experience from VROOM and Driverselect lost out on a car deal and many more because they couldn t take the time to do the basic fundamentals of sales.

Many people fear buying a car however this dealership is very straightforward - price on website is price of car plus TT&L. Had a very nice salesman Paul Mbungo who wasn't pushy and very informative explaining our options. The buying process was ok, can't say as much for after the fact. After I purchased the car, I noticed something missing from the car which shouldn't have been. I didn't initially see this because it's in a tough spot to see and it was also dark when I drove off the lot. I was told the dealership offers a 30 day guarantee. I called my salesperson (no longer employed there) and he gave me the customer service email. I emailed, no response. After no response, I also emailed an address I found through the website about the issue, no response.

UPDATE: Wes in customer service reached out to me and they ordered the missing part and installed it for me. Appreciate them reaching out and immediately solving the issue!

Finally, i got my car... Rami elbially was our consultant.. he is so awesome.. i recommend everyone to see him when u shop at drivers select. He is the best... he is an assest to the company.. drivers select is an excellent company their prices are unmatchable to any other dealerships.. u can get almost brand new car for such a affordable price... we got two cars from them and hopefully will get the next ones from them only....

Absolutely wrong place to shop for your car. We came here to buy a preowned honda accord. The guy who helped us didn t even have a smile on his face. He shows clear signs of ignorance on his face will never come to this place and when we liked the car and wanted to buy he didnt even try to negotiate the price or offer some beeter deal on the car which is ridiculous.

We came in to Driver's Select on Mon looking for a car and starting the process with Matthew Fields. On Sat morning we are driving off the lot with a Jetta in great condition for exactly what we wanted to pay.

Started looking for a truck to replace ours that was totaled after an accident. Drove around and tried to use online tools of several big dealerships around west Ft. Worth, TX for a few days. Driver Select in Grand Prarie had ten to fifteen different variations of the truck we thought we wanted. Went into the location and were paired up very quickly with Kyle Bryant. Kyle sat down with us, talked about a few options we wanted and picked out three or four trucks to look at on the lot. Everything I saw was clean and Kyle explained the business model to us as we looked at trucks. All the cars on the lot are less than a few years old and low mileage. While we looked at the first couple trucks we picked, we found another one that had almost every feature that could be had. Kyle listened to us, and never pushed anything on us, but took the time to answer every question we had and explain anything we asked him to explain. This was the most relaxed buying experience I've ever had. Every extended warranty plan he had available was laid out for us with an explanation of the benefits of each item. That was it, no high pressure questioning or hard push. Financing was great, I was preapproved from my credit union but there in house options were able to beat my credit union by a good bit. The price of the vehicle and extended warranty were laid out on one sheet of paper, pick and choose which you want or don't and they were off to print paper work for signatures. The buying process at Drivers Select was simple and easy, no pressure Sales. This isn t your typical car dealer, they are a volume dealer. The prices are set and if you did your research you will see they have priced their cars to sell. Our Sales rep Tariq was a huge help, he had all the finance figures confirmed to me through my iPhone and made the process so easy. When we decided to buy, the whole process took about 30 min at the dealer and we were on our way. We ve been driving our Mazda6 now for about 3 weeks and the car is running great, not a single issue. We did only get 1 key and I knew about this up front so I ordered an extra OEM key fob on Amazon and had a locksmith program it, no problem and A LOT cheaper than working through the dealer. Ask for Tariq, he has lots of experience and was a big help to us.

This was my first used car buying experience and the process was AWESOME! Harry our salesman was wonderful. He was patient with my husband and I and really took time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. The first vehicle I wanted had a very strong smoke smell from the previous owner and Harry showed us an alternate vehicle that was top notch. Harry, thank you so very much for your help, we appreciate you and will return when we look for our next vehicle.
