Very bad service. My packages from 2 different ord...

Very bad service. My packages from 2 different orders were "thrown" to my neighbors' front door (he only heard a slam against the door). I hope the second broadcast is ok because I can only test it on the weekend :( Very bad service and that twice in a row.
