Despite clear written instructions on the mailboxes and at DPD itself, we keep repeating
My package is parked somewhere unprotected. My front door is covered and only a few steps away from the mailbox. I was also at home all the time. Sensitive parcels like this one must never be exposed to sun or rain. I ask for urgent compliance with these guidelines! If damage occurs, who will pay me? Do you learn from my feedback and that of other disappointed customers?
