Allegedly already 2 unsuccessful deliveries, no no...

Allegedly already 2 unsuccessful deliveries, no notification in the mailbox, the seller contacted for the tracking number because delivery took almost 2 weeks.
Then, via the DPD app, I selected the desired date and took it all for nothing. According to the app, delivery agent would only be a stop away from me - delivery between 13:34 and 14:04 of course came nothing, later again on the app - status of my delivery checked, delivery still came today but nothing.
The hotline was called and I was only assured by announcement that my package would definitely be delivered on my desired date.
But Surprise Surprise does not deliver on the desired date.
1 day later in the late afternoon from work there is a package in front of my apartment door in the stairwell where everyone has public access because the front door was open and my package was totally depressed and had already been opened.
I also did not reply against the delivery because he did not find me either, so I have to assume that my signature was forged by the deliverer.

So much for "Service from DPD" for which you also pay !!!

If everyone would work like that, then good night poor Germany.
