Super Zusteller. Sehr freundlich legt die Pakete dort ab wo man sie vorher bekannt geben hat.

Very bad experience! Very unreliable! Parcels are placed in front of the garage or on the meadow, even when it rains and without notice! The deliverer doesn't even make it to the front door !!! The goods were marked as delivered several times without having received the goods! 1 day delivery is not even kept! Contact not possible, no response to emails whether good or bad! If possible, avoid delivery via this delivery agent !!

At DPD, other delivery services should cut a piece of cake.

The biggest dirt club there is, I can't find any nice words about this parcel service.
Either the parcels are delivered to the shop immediately without them ever being at our door, i.e. without notification etc.
Or they are simply given to some non-existent neighbors where you can look for your parcels first.

In the end I had a large delivery which unfortunately came in 5 parts. From Monday to Friday a package with high-quality items. Unfortunately, the seller insisted on shipping with DPD. No matter. The supplier did not need to ring the bell and threw a package in front of the front door 5 times a day. Since I am a Prime customer and the service costs 80 , I order things that I need quickly through Prime. So this time too. I am at home all day, announcement by mail, I am waiting eagerly. The period of the announcement has passed, then I see the DPD driver driving past. I get out like flitztebogen no package and no driver in front of the door. At the same time, notification by email. "Unfortunately, you were not found." Hello, it's okay, he didn't even ring the bell. I think that's under all pig. DPD's largest pigsty ever. Just kidding people.

Very dissapointed. I paid delivery costs and my parcel has been delivered to parcel shop in another 10km away town even though there is a parcel shop in a place where I live.

Ware took a week with dpd. Taken on vacation in the van, been at home all day and then received an email at 7 p.m. that the driver had not found me. A bottomless cheek to accept the mistake among customers. I now look in advance for orders about whom they will be delivered!

Worst company I know ...
The customer service consists of chatbots and the paid hotline is also a computer. I cancel everything if it is used for shipping and then avoid the shops. All parcels that have been delivered with the pig heap so far have been somewhere or the messenger was too lazy to drive here in the first place ... During the week working people are usually not there. On Saturdays the messenger is too lazy, he doesn't know the parcel shops and notification cards where the parcel was sent is apparently a waste of paper. In the shipment tracking, I supposedly always accepted the parcels. But it was proven to work. When you still had to sign, the messenger did this himself on my behalf.

I have always been satisfied with the delivery (3rd floor without elevator).

So far I've only had bad experiences with DPD. There are a few drivers who are "ok", but unfortunately these are very rare at DPD.

If I have the choice which delivery service I want to use, it's DHL ... Even if the shipping would cost more.
At DHL, everything isn't always rosy and great, but they don't make bullshit that often and, in my opinion, are more reliable.

What is otherwise very good at DPD is the live shipment tracking where you can track the driver via GPS.

Delivery staff don't speak a word of German and therefore don't even understand it. Again and again deliveries to my old address number 2, but I've been living in the 1st for over 1 year. Today I got a deposit permit behind my car in the driveway, but I couldn't find a package, not even in the 2nd where you always run to. Often also parcel deliveries that are not intended for me but are simply left in front of my door. DPD is fast but quality is of the lowest level.

My package was half pushed into the mailbox and half hung outside. I was at home, all he had to do was ring the bell. So everyone could have pulled it out. I was due on the Internet and immediately read his delivery confirmation.

What is "Choose a delivery location" for? I have specified 4th floor in front of the apartment door. That doesn't mean down at the front door. It was a delivery worth over 400 euros.
But it doesn't work with DPD, you don't get any feedback if you complain by email.

DPD is the worst parcel service there is. It is always said that nobody is at home and it is then handed over to some DPD partner, where you have to walk for a long time. Exactly the same problem today. The package should be delivered between 8: 24-9: 24 a.m. I was home until 9:20 a.m. I looked where the deliverer is and the information said that it had been handed over to the neighbor.
It can't be that I have to chase after my parcel every time because these incompetent employees are too lazy to bother to deliver the parcel correctly !!

Despite the alleged delivery, the package has NOT arrived. In spite of repeated requests from DPD, the driver obviously did not report. It is impossible to understand what he did with the package. The sender has sent us a new delivery that has arrived this time.

I have 2 deliveries (from the same supplier) that are delivered with DPD. There is 1 hour between the two deliveries and I am at home with both. I get one delivery, the other I have to pick up in the parcel shop, on the grounds that I shouldn't have been home. Absolutely bad service, if possible I will no longer use this delivery service

Delivery only took place after a written complaint !! Why do you give the place of parking when (man) driver doesn't put it there? We were both at home, saw the driver, and he was gone, but not the package. He would have had two options, a garage right next to the house, or just ringing the doorbell! But neither.
That's why I wrote to DPD in writing, lo and behold, a few hours later the same driver came and parked it in the garage.
We have the best experience with DHL and our postmen, but unfortunately some mail order companies only offer DPD!

This is the worst delivery service in Germany. Hermes only destroys your package, but you will not receive any delivery or notification from DPD, but Amazon indicates that everything has been delivered. I was actually only able to find out the whereabouts of my parcel via their app, but unfortunately the information in the app doesn't help me. If AO Kohne is an indication of a place or a person, I can't do anything with it.
Please consider carefully whether you wanted to send something with the association.

The driver didn't ring the bell, the package simply deposited in the hallway, not in front of the apartment door on the 4th floor, despite the elevator!

Friendliness and service from the driver were great, but what should be improved is the expected arrival if the package is announced between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. but the arrival is corrected again and again until 7:00 p.m. It has arrived at 6:49 p.m. Then it makes sense to enlarge the time window somewhat (maybe to 3 hours).

It's always a shame, but their drivers probably don't climb stairs. We were at home. But the 2nd floor is probably too much. But it is not the first time. The pensioners would rather be ringed out of bed.

I received a package from DPD today and I don't think the delivery is ok.
The driver rang the doorbell for me and a neighbor. The neighbor was a bit faster than me and pushed the door opener. The driver opened the door without comment and placed the package in the stairwell. Since I live on the first floor, I thought that the doorbell was wrong. If the neighbor hadn't brought me the package, I wouldn't have known that the package was there and everyone could have taken the package. And that's not an isolated case at DPD.

Service is locked up, I never want to buy from dpd again.

I am very disappointed with your courier who did not even knock on my door. The package was in the stairwell at the window. Had it not been for the friendliness of the neighbor it would have been stolen. There was gold jewelry. I do not recommend DPD.

We should be supplied with two packages. The same procedure for both. Supposedly it was delivered. Nobody rang the bell. There was no note in the mailbox. Of course, we also don't have the package. This delivery service is an absolute disaster. Not recommended.

The delivery person simply threw the tires against the front door and then got into the car very cool. There was such a bang at the front door, I thought someone rammed the door.

Parcels simply disappear even though they have supposedly been delivered. Parcels sometimes disappear in the depot (Wustermark) and reappear after two weeks ... In Berlin, dpd has the most incredible parcel shops, sometimes the employees in the shops can neither speak nor read German, so you as a customer look at the parcels in the shop let go to find your own program.
There is still one star too many! I am happy to pay a little more for shipping if a competent delivery service is commissioned!

I have zero problems with delivery, I have a parking permit and the driver is even dragging a 25kg package to the place of delivery! There is not even a growl, the man is always friendly!

The worst service in town. I've always had problems with them. Pay a bit more, but if you care of your business, use other services.

Packages with perishable content will be lost or delivered too late. Supposed delivery took place even though several people were at home and nothing was delivered. I understand the stress of the delivery staff and sometimes something may not work, but I think DPD should take a closer look here and there if such cases are common in a delivery region.

Unfortunately, my package was dropped off at the totally wrong place. The online shop has been informed that I have received my package. Now I'm allowed to look for my package in the wrong street. I think it's a cheek that someone entrusts my package to any complete stranger. I've never had such problems with DHL or Hermes. They always hand the parcels over to my neighbors in the house. Absolutely terrible. By far the worst shipment service I've ever seen (and I come from Italy, land of awful services). 4 out of 4 packets were not delivered. Your company is a disgrace.

Incompetent and lazy suppliers. Give it to the neighbors on the ground floor because they don't feel like walking up a few steps or don't ring the bell. It is also thrown in the stairwell in front of the mailboxes or placed outside in front of the door. If you don't feel like delivering the parcels properly, you should leave it alone.

With time window. Very accurate! Can you really prepare for it and schedule the shipment? Could a company with yellow vehicles take a look :-)

Miserable delivery. Parcel was delivered with an unknown name and without location. Telephone inquiries do not work because the telephone machine only perceives the first digit of the package number. Attempted clarification via the contact form so far without reaction.

Parcel 1 + 2, each 25 kg, was - together with other parcels from other recipients - parked far away in the long hallway. Positive: A tip of 5 euros could not be handed over!

Incomprehensible. DPD driver claims that he delivered the package to the recipient's address. Not true, however. And the name given does not exist ..... But that's apparently nothing new at DPD. Our offices are constantly occupied. And yet the neighboring company calls and asks us to pick up our package there. Unfortunately not today. No contact options on the DPD site. A computer-controlled chat is everything .... super service DPD. Thank you for the fact that my package has disappeared. I will then probably claim the money from DPD. Ultimately, also by a lawyer.

DPD driver wanted to deliver wrong package, then even argued with me. The doorbell rang even though there was a note on the door with a storage place. Since it was a really small package and contact should be avoided. Instead of realizing his mistake, he came to me pampy and threatened not to deliver in the future. I also have to work in this difficult time, I can't come to my customers so stupid.

Angry . Not even 1 star. Worst shipping in Germany. The driver was there, but didn't even ring the bell. Parcel delivered somewhere in Walhalla and the notification says that I have received my parcel. Outrageous.

Unfortunately, the DPD deliverers are too lazy to deliver the parcels directly to the recipient. It is stored in the parcel shop without notification and you also have to collect heavy parcels from there. For me, as a woman of over 70 who is not motorized, this is an imposition. Ordered from UK an umbrella after local Republic of Ireland department store cancelled my order, this was on Tuesday. The delivery was to be sent to my daughter in Germany, it arrived on Friday!
