Usually it is relatively nice employees who bring the packages. Today, however, I experienced a very unfriendly and so annoyed, impossible parcel deliverer. I was already waiting for him, so I opened the door within a few seconds! I am very aware of the current situation! He only had to put the package on the landing on the ground floor. He wanted to have my name confirmed three times ... no problem for me, but this unfriendliness is personally unacceptable for me.
