Unfortunately, we have only had bad experiences with dpd so far. We order relatively seldom, but the last two times were packages that were delivered with dpd. Every time the parcels didn't reach us. The first time it went back to the sender and yesterday it was automatically forwarded to a parcel shop. The reason for both packages is: "Nobody is at home." It's a cheek, as we had set up both packages so that someone was at home.
If the parcel deliverers have too many parcels with them and cannot make it in time, they should consider increasing the number of employees.
