DPD has disappointed with every order in the past ...

DPD has disappointed with every order in the past few months. I'm at home every time, the doorbell just never rings. Because I live on the third floor. Lord God I'll even meet you in the stairwell ... that's not even 10 seconds for you. Instead, the package is either not handed in at all, thrown into the stairwell or handed in on the first floor. The neighbors are annoyed by it, they are not a post office. You are the worst delivery person of all and I will avoid DPD wherever possible.
