If it couldn't possibly be interpreted as offensive, I would slang the word that this would be a shitty shop, but I'm not doing it so that one doesn't accuse one of offending.
Maybe things are going better elsewhere, depending on the delivery person.
Wherever possible, I always choose any other delivery company except DPD.
