Always had problems with DPD in Heidelberg. Now, for the second time, I did not receive an order with food, although according to the app the order was placed at the storage location ... We have not assigned a storage location. We stayed at home specially.

All right, the storage location is supposed to be our front door. But there is nothing! Also in front of other doors and not even me in the neighborhood.
