I got new tires 3 months ago from LHM and noticed some vibrating when braking after shortly after I left. They wanted $75 just to tell me what was causing it. I am 3 weeks out of warranty. Oh, and it was going to take 3 hours. I sat here for 30 minutes and they still hadn t even pulled my car into the shop. Don t take appointments if you can t accommodate them. They could have called and said it would be better to drop off. I told them nevermind and left. I don t think I ve had a positive experience here since I bought my car 3 years ago. Expensive and a pain. Les Schwab balanced the tires and it s all fixed which cost $60. Dealerships are a rip off.

Brian is awesome. We added on additional services at the time of a recall and everything got completed in the original timeline we were given. Will continue to use Larry H for all additional services.

Toni Cornell was the absolute best to work with. She is actually honest and treats you like a person. She works and fights for you. She is extremely non judgmental and genuinely understanding. My wife and I had some unfortunate situations that left us having to go Bankrupt, and after being been screwed over by Auto Credit Sales we were left with no car. Toni completely understood our situation and helped us get into the nicest car that I have ever had, with reasonable payments. She's is an absolute gem and a rare hard to find kind of person. Highly recommend that you go here and ask for Toni.

Please be careful here!

I purchased a new ridgeline from them about 9 months ago. The experience is far from what everyone is saying. This is my largest car purchase to date. So my expectations were high.

Initial billing was incorrect and had to get reimbursed? Glad I caught it. New car selling jitters i guess.

I got the entire coverage package they sold. So I'm covered on everything. Even got a oil change package! I'm a good sucker.

2nd oil change the inside air filter is already bad. Ding.

3rd and final oil change... which they value at 25. They say it's an 1.5 hour wait and you need to change you rear differential. They were "you remember we told you about it". That's 75. Then backtracked. Then they start talking pictures of my truck and say it for their protection I sign this affidavit . I said I'm not signing anything with picture that claimed damage on my truck. Who are they? I'm here for an oil change. They got their manager and hes used to being a boss. Unfortunately he's not mine.

This infuriated me and made me feel horrible. I asked for my money back. Which they went on to say they can't give me check of 25 value. I'll need to wait for an accountant tomorrow.

Didn't want to be bullied. So I left. Had glaring looks from their staff. You know the posse. If you go there you know what I mean.

All I wanted was an oil change that I paid for. Not a full on interrogation.

Now I have a awesome truck I can't even take to the place to be serviced.

10's ALL ACROSS THE BOARD! Zachary and Jared as well as the manager went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my new 2019 Honda Insight EX. They were both hilarious and patient in truly understanding what I wanted out of my first vehicle. My bulldog of a mother who assisted me in purchashing that day would not give them a break, but they stood tall throughout the entire process (~6 hrs). I will only choose Larry Miller Honda for my future car purchases! Please give both Zachary and Jared raises for they both are much deserving of them!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles now from Larry H. Miller Honda and both my experiences have been exceptional! The sales team bends over backwards, listens to your needs, wants, and concerns, answered all my questions, and poof, they make it happen! From the receptionist to salesman to finance, great customer service all around!!! Nick D. Was our salesman and he treated us like we were family. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Came in for service maintenance and noticed I had a screw in one of tires . Mentioned it to service department when I brought my car in they were quick to take care of it and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately the screw was in a part of the tire where they were not able to repair it. A new tire needed to be ordered as there were none in stock, this would have caused me to give a lower rating especially because of holidays and having to drive on my spare in inclement weather. Seriously, no tire in stock? I purchased an HRV which is not an uncommon model. The professionalism and courtesy of the people in the service department kept your rating at 5 stars. They need and should be applauded and commended for both their work and customer relations.

I drive across the state to take my car to Larry H. Miller Honda because of the fantastic customer service that I receive. I always feel like I am being listened to when I have a concern with my vehicle and that I'm not just another number and dollar sign to them. Maintenance and repairs are completed correctly the first time in a timely manner. Recommendations to keep my car in top shape are always made and explained, but there is never a pressure to do them immediately and I am able to plan in advance for important more expensive maintenance.

I see so many good reviews which makes me quite jealous because my experience with this place wasn t all what these reviews says. I don t even know where to start..
I traded in my Durango on the 15th of July for a nice Honda Accord and on top of that my husband also took out a Honda Civic. Wow what a lucky sales associate sold 2 cars at once!! Think nothing of it I assumed they were taking care of business then one day I received the pay off check in my mail box on August 12th and was still charged for the Durango payment. (I wasn t supposed to make a payment until the 29th and that was supposed to be on my new vehicle) I was confused and tried to contact the dealership but my financial manager wasn t in and the sales associate was on vacation. I did call the bank that financed the Durango and they said they weren t even aware of the trade and that the check that I had wasn t even the correct pay off amount. I then call LHM and was instructed by receptionist to send the check back to them and they will get the correct pay off amount. Every time I called LHM Im never able to talk to the financial manager or the sales associate that initially helped me, because they never seem to be in the office. However after attempting to call several days in a row I am transferred to some other lady in financing, and she argues with me and says that I will get reimbursed for the payment that was taken from me but I m trying to explain to her that no I won t because they got the pay off amount after I just made the payment on the 12th(mind you this call was on 16th and by that time pay off is lower) I m scheduled to make a payment on the new car loan on the 29th, which isn t right because I just made a payment on the Durango on the 12th. How is it right that I make 2 payments in 1 month!
When my plates came in I spoke with a receptionist and gave her an address of my work so they could get shipped there because I thought they were coming in FedEx, but they weren t, they were shipped through the mail so address got mixed up, i understand there was a mix up but I have called several time to see what I need to do because my plates expire tomorrow, I just get voicemail and I ll look into it but nothing!!!
I see all these great reviews and wonder what happened to me how come I didn t get this kind of care??? Because all I can take from this experience is that the people who helped me don t care, I have the respect not to put their names on this review but I m just really disappointed in the lack concern. I m not saying that all of the employees here at this location are like this but the people I have encountered are. I do have to say though I really enjoy my car!!

On October 21, 2017 I took my 2014 Honda Accord to...

On October 21, 2017 I took my 2014 Honda Accord to Larry H. Miller Honda of Spokane for an Oil change and to have a recall fixed. On that day I purchased the "Total care Maintenance plan B" which included 3 oil changes for a total of $81.60. Today April 24, 2018 I called to schedule an oil change under this plan (Oil change 2 of 3) And while scheduling it the lady that was setting the appointment said I had not purchased this plan. I explained I had a receipt and I had purchased this plan. She was polite made the appointment and said she would look in to it. But I was good to go! Later in the day I received a phone call from Ron but missed it as I was working. He left a message stating that their records show that I did not purchase this plan. I called back to speak to him and was told he was not available but that the person I had got in the service dept. was also a manager and could help me. So I explained what I had been told and he looked up my account and said I did not have the maintenance plan as I never paid for it.I explained that I had purchased this plan in October and I had the receipt in front of me. He said he didn't care and they go by what his computer says. After arguing with him about this for a few minutes I asked him how was it possible I got a receipt and my car back if I had not paid for services. He said "This happens all the time our service guys just give the keys out" I can not believe a business could stay afloat with such lackadaisical practices! (And I didn't just get my keys back. I paid for future services, got a receipt and my car keys and left that day.) I said all this to him and that I expected a solution to this as I had spent plenty of money with Larry H. Miller Honda Service department. He said quote" I'm looking at your account and I see you've spent 0.00 dollars with us" I explained to him that he was mistaken as just last year I had to spend $4000.00 with LHM Honda USA to replace my transmission on my 2014 Honda Accord since it failed at 61k miles(That's another story for another day) and was out of warranty. After going back and forth about how I said I had spent money with them and he said no I had not. He says "oh I see it now"..I asked him if it was LHM Honda's policy to call customers liars not once but twice and he said I told you I corrected myself..(lol after calling me a liar) I explained that I wanted a refund as I could never trust LHM Honda again to do service on my car. And since he would not find a solution I would be filing a complaint with the BBB as I had paid for services that Larry H. Miller Honda won't honor. He said he didn't care. This whole experience has been the worst and I hope no one else has to experience the frustration of a company like Larry H. Miller Honda of Spokane stealing your money!!!

Very positive buying experience. The salesman, Nick, did a fabulous job working with me and ensured I got the best deal. The experience was stress free without a lot of back and forth negotiation which I truly appreciate. I knew what car I wanted and had a specific budget and he helped me stick to it. Nick also did a great job by making sure that I was fully aware of all information about the vehicle before purchase. I am very happy with my purchase and love my new Honda CR-V!

In over 25 years of dealing with car dealerships I have never experienced the level of excellence that I experienced at Larry H Miller Honda. From Shay, our salesman, to the manager as well as the finance associate, it was incredible. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend LHM Honda to anyone. In fact, I think if I do buy a future vehicle
it will be here.

Although I'm very happy with the car I bought from...

Although I'm very happy with the car I bought from them, Larry H. Miller was extremely aggressive (even deceptive) about my financing. They really wanted us to get the extended warranty and gap coverage. When we said no thanks, they persisted to try and talk us into it, holding my interest rate hostage and insulting my credit. They even said we wouldn't be able to finance for 66 months unless we got the price up by buying the warranty. I told him the bottom line was that I didn't want the warranty and if we had to go down to 60 payments, that was fine. He looked incredulous and made some rude comments about my credit as he walked away. When they could see that all they were doing was making us angry, they insisted that they were going to "spend some more time trying to find a good interest rate". The punch line is that I ended up with Capital One, who I was pre-approved with before I even came in. I'm sure they knew that from the beginning, since I brought my pre-approval in to show them. Larry H. Miller wasted a lot of our time trying to guilt and shame us into spending more money. I love my car but I'll never go there again.

(copied from my Yelp review January 2018): I had a mixed experience with purchasing a truck here. Larry H Miller has both a Honda and a Toyota dealership that are right across the street from each other. I went over to the Honda side because I wanted to trade in my Honda Civic for a Toyota Tacoma. Nick was my salesperson and I thought he was nice and friendly, and explained things well for the most part. The process went pretty smoothly overall, and I felt that they were honest. Maybe a couple things were a little misleading though. When I told him I wanted a Tacoma I assumed they'd take me across the street to the Toyota side of things, but instead he took me to a little lot behind the Honda dealership where they had a collection of both Honda and Toyota used vehicles. He pointed out maybe 5 potential Tacomas and the one I chose to test drive wasn't exactly the color I wanted and had perhaps a few more miles on it than what I was hoping for, but with the money saved from it being used I figured it'd be ok. He made it seem like those vehicles were my only options, but I realized afterwards if I had gone over to the Toyota side there would have been a lot more! He must've wanted to personally get the commission, which is why he must've taken me first to the smaller lot at the Honda location. So, a bit misleading--I should've insisted on seeing all the options over at the Toyota side first before I made a decision. I was a bit desperate for a new car I suppose, and just wanted to get it done ASAP. So far the truck I got, a 2013 Tacoma, seems to be working out okay, and I am glad I didn't pay the extra money for a brand new car, since Tacomas are expensive. Another thing that was a bit annoying to deal with was getting the camper shell ("topper") installed. I didn't realize they had to order it from another place and it would take awhile for them to get it. They didn't do too good of a job explaining that or communicating about the whole thing. I ended up having to wait 5 months for it to be installed! I had to continually call to find out what was going on; turns out the place they had originally ordered from went out of business, so they had to find somewhere else. But it took 4 months for me to find out that, they kept putting me off and saying "we'll call you back next week" and then a month later I still hadn't heard anything. So, thought that was a bit unprofessional that it took them so long to take ownership of the situation and keep me in the loop. So, a bit of a mixed bag--I feel that my vehicle is good quality, and they did a lot of things right with the whole process. But, a few things could've been done better, so can't enthusiastically recommend them either.

Great people to work with here! Got my Element in fast for recall work, did a 100,000 mile check up, fixed a few things they found and let me keep it there a few days while on vacation. Called me when they had an estimate the work,, and followed up when they completed it. BEST customer service around!

I bought a used SUV from LHM Honda. The salesman, who sold me the vehicle, was very nice in the beginning. Checking in on me making sure I liked the vehicle and asked for referrals. 2 months later my husband drove it and noticed the brakes had to push to the floor and the floor board was thumping when braking. He took it to our mechanic and there was hardly any brake pad left and rotors were shot. After replacing the brakes , rotors, and $320 later 3 lights warning lights on the dashboard were coming on. Called the salesman to tell him and he was unwilling to help me to say the least. He was very rude and told me to call the service department. I drove down to the service department and talked to the manager. I explained my story. He started to give me attitude like it was my problem because I bought a used vehicle. He asked if I bought a warranty. I said no the car fax stated no real issues. The Carfax included all of the thing their Service department replaced or fixed including the brakes. He said the carfax didn't mean anything. Really?? Then why do you give it to your customers? He said to me twice, " you weren't buying a new vehicle." Really? Did I say I was? I understand it was a used vehicle, but I didn't expect to replace breaks and rotors a couple months later. The communication to their customers is absolutely awful!!! If you speak to your customers in a respectful way, you would get better results. Once they get your money they are unwilling to help you! It's really too bad! I will be buying a new car soon and have family members in need for something new too. I will never buy a car from them and I will let everybody I know to do the same!!

I enjoyed the purchasing experience but less than 30 days later the check engine light came on. I took it in despite major communication issues with the service team and it took over 5 HOURS for them to tell me nothing is wrong... As part of the agreement they were supposed to run the car through the wash and that didn't happen...the service member that I was working with never spoke to me and the new guy at the end of the process was multi tasking to the point that he handed me a piece of paper and the keys and said nothing else...Frustration hardly encompasses my current feelings.

I dropped my truck off at 10ish came back at 5 to get my truck after supposedly it had been washed. It looked like the dirt was just moved around. I went and drove through a car wash. John, Shuttle driver, great guy. Great conversationalist.

I was going to buy a Sienna van locally, but the customer service I received from the sales agent, Alejo Moreno II, was so good that I drove 3 hours to Spokane. He was personable, informative, thorough, and competitive with pricing. He sent pictures, texts and followed up with phone calls. He was determined. He and the group at Larry Miller Toyota had a response for every competitive offer made from other facilities. And when I showed up to pick up the vehicle, they made it fast and easy. They said what they were going to do and did what they said. It was a customer and service experience that I have never had before when buying a car....which is my 8th. Unfortunately, I have to travel 3 hours for that same customer service, but it is probably worth the drive.

I can't say enough good things about Larry H Miller Honda and Howard Berry!. Howard was very patient, watching out for the right auto that met my physical limitations. I bought a 2007 Honda Pilot that is just right. The whole experience, and Howard's finding my Pilot, made this the easiest car purchase I have ever made.

Brian Dean has the Worst Customer Service I ever had!!

I purchased my New Honda using the Costco auto buying program in partnership with Larry H Miller Honda. Costco sent me a coupon for 50% off up to $200 off parts, services & accessories for this specific dealership which expires Sep. 10, 2020.

I live 2.5 hours away so I called June 5th to setup an oil change and also to use my coupon to buy accessories. I asked the Honda employee if they will accept the 50% off coupon and he said yes. That he will order the accessories and have it ready when I bring in my car on June 20th.

I arrived for my oil change and I presented the coupon to Brian Dean/Manager and he showed me on the computer the accessories I wanted. He rudely said the coupon is not valid, look at the fine print also that he was not going to go give me free parts.
He was treating me like I was a lowlife who is trying to get something free.
I told him the coupon doesn't expire until Sep. 10th 2020 and is Specifically for Larry H Miller Honda. I want him to Honor the coupon.
He said "that's not our coupon it is Costco's" I replied " that it is your coupon because you are in partnership with Costco" I told him I called 2 weeks ago to make sure it is good and the Honda employee told me they will accept it.
He said that it was the express department that said that not the parts department.
Funny that I was in the parts department talking to Brian Dean when he took my keys for the oil change!
Brian Dean made it loud and clear that he did not want my business or valued me as a customer. I told him this is the last time I am coming here and I am not going to buy a Honda from Larry H Miller again! He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's fine!

My car has 3000 miles when I took in the car for an oil change and the sticker they put on your windshield said my next oil change is not due until 34,000 miles. Lol wow really!!

Good morning everyone on this most beautiful Sunda...

Good morning everyone on this most beautiful Sunday.. On the first day of daylight savings time I lost an hour of sleep last night but I as well gained an hour of complete happiness when I again this morning paid a visit to Larry H Miller Honda downtown... Just to back up a hair... My first visit there was this past Friday March 8th.. I wanted to trade my car in for a Honda CRV... I was met by Shay and Jen... I really wasn't sure how this would turn out as I have had some issues in the past... After spending their day going back and forth with different finance places they MADE IT HAPPEN... Not only Shay and Jen but Ryan as well... I was treated with nothing but professionalism and the utmost respect... I can't be more grateful... I left there with a newer Honda CRV that I am in love with... I went back this morning to get my temporary window tag and I had like 6 questions and needed my phone and IPod hooked up and sign some papers for Ryan...(He is just as awesome as Shay and Jen) Everything done with a smile from all of them... No task to big or small.. I will make sure that I send whomever wants a car to this place and LOUDLY AND PROUDLY sing the praises of this business...If you want exceptional above and beyond treatment you will most definitely find it there... So in closing I think Larry H Miller should have a billboard downtown with all of their names and pictures on it that reads: Dave Ken and Molly of 92.9 KKZX you 3 have nothing on these 3...RYAN SHAY AND JEN ...THE BEST... SO COMPLETELY AWESOME...!!!!

My husband and I just purchased a used car with an...

My husband and I just purchased a used car with an extended warranty and the experience was very pleasant. Robert the finance manager assured us that we would be well taken care of, he was very kind and relatable. I even joked about how sales people always say what you want to hear while you re buying the car and then once it s bought, they don t care. Part of our package was getting an interior and exterior coating to protect the car. We bought the car on a Saturday and left it there since they said it would take 4 hours, with the intent of picking it up on Sunday (they said we could take it home and then bring it back for the treatment). When we didn t hear anything on Sunday, my husband called in on Monday morning and was told they hadn t even started the work bc they weren t sure if the paperwork was done! After getting the situation figured out, they said they d start on our car right away and call when it was done, by 5pm. My husband had to call them and they said it was ready. He went it today (Tuesday)and they couldn t find the spare key. Once it was located, my husband went to inspect the car and I was dirtier than we left it! A left over Starbucks drink inside, dusty foot and handprints and marks we pointed out to take care of were still there. My husband asked for a work order and it said the work was done, we still aren t sure if it actually was since we didn t get a call and the car was dirty. My husband talked to one of the managers there and they offered to extend the number of oil changes, after the warranty expires.

Update: The manager, Mark, called and apologized for everything offered to have he car detailed.

Robert from finance, called and said they d come and pick up our car (30mins away), have the car detailed and even gave us a nice loaner. Robert is great! He is true to his word and seems super genuine! It means a lot that they didn t make excuses and just took care of us! Thanks Robert!

Service Center: Had my car detailed here and they didn't do a very thorough job. Missed quite a few spots vacuuming. There were places in my back seat that look like they didn't even try to clean. I've added photos, they also missed even simply wiping down parts of the center console. It cost $175 and very little was actually done.

Also, had my car in for an oil change which comes with an inspection. The man giving me the car back didn't mention if anything was right or wrong, and I had to press to see if the car needed anything.

I m actually EXCEPTIONALLY DISAPPOINTED. My Odysseus was taken to to have BOTH motorized doors replaced in April. I spend $3k and asked specifically if this was the right move (is the car in good enough shape that if I spent this money would I get another year or so out of it bc I REALLY REALLY like the van. I was assured it was super strong, got air filters n spark plugs n water pump, u name it n I was told to come back in August to check motor mounts n for an oil change. Not even 60 days later I m told I need to put another $850 into the SAME door I just had fixed n oh ya, I ll proly have to put anoth $600 in for the other door. With $4k I would ve had a nice down payment for another Honda. You can t tell me that they didn t know this, the van was brought in for new motors for the sliding doors. I doubt I will bring my van or my Ford back. I feel lied to.

Went in for a routine $70ish oil change at 11:30am...

Went in for a routine $70ish oil change at 11:30am at around 12:30pm get told that the oil plug is stripped, they can't use an oversized plug, and we will need to replace the oil pan, but they don't have the part till tomorrow. We have no other way home and their shuttle wouldn't drive us home because it was too far away. They told us they won't use a part from our parts store then change their minds. We find an $82 + tax replacement at O'Reilly's. They agree to pick it up then tell us it's too far away. They say they'll pick one up from Advance Auto Parts, so we agree. 1:30pm they are picking up the part. At 3:03pm the car is finished and they charge us: For the oil change $23.05 for parts/14.15 for labor (labor is $115/hr) and for the oil pan replacement $165 for parts/ $240 for 2.0 hours of labor (should've been $230). Then acted like they did us a favor by taking off 15% ($66.33). The total would've been $459.48 + about $40 in tax, but they charged us $428.15. The amount of time this all took was outrageous, they kept changing their minds, and they replaced the oil pan with a pan twice as expensive as the one we wanted to pick up, they didn't inform us what was going on until we would asked, and the plug wasn't stripped until they went to do the oil change. This was the worst visit we've had with them.

I don't know where Toni Cornell came from but I'm glad you have her. She does such a great job at relating to you as a person and not coming across like she's just looking for a deal. Of all my years of buying vehicles she has got to be the best sales person I've ever met. Great job hiring her!

Thanks to their hard work and the ability to see me as more than a number, I was able to get financing and drive away with a nearly new vehicle with less than perfect credit. I hated it they were all about numbers and say one thing on the phone then get you in and try to get you to pay out bank. They need to be honest on the phones ans not say yes we can work with what you have. Just really dishonest. I will never be going back there.

Trever was very helpful and went out of his way to come in on his day off to show us the vehicle and assist us through the whole buying process. Robert from financing is very knowledgeable in the financing process and went the extra mile to workout a better deal through a credit union. Which hence saved us money. Robert listened to our concerns and put our minds and worries at ease.
We're very appreciative and very thankful. We will definitely do more business with Larry H Miller Honda in the future.

While travelling, the check engine light in my 2009 CR-V came on. The service manager Ron Passmore immediately diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and even printed out the diagnosis codes for me to take in case the problem recurred. I am so impressed with the unmatched, outstanding service of Ron and the very busy service department crew. When I get such great service, it makes me want to stick with Honda for all my future vehicle purchases.

I recently purchased my car from Larry H. Miller Honda and I had a great experience. I worked with Dan and he did want no other salesman at the other dealerships I visited would. He let me test drive each vehicle I was interested in, got my list of "must haves", and steered me away from anything that didn't meet my requirements. I truly got the feeling he wasn't just trying to sell me something, but wanted to find me the right vehicle.
Once I found the car, the negotiating process was quick. I was given a fair price and I wasn't left waiting for hours while he talked to his manager, like I have experienced in the past. Dan told me about the buying process and gave me a good idea of how long it can take. Because Dan was upfront and checked on me and offered me coffee and other beverages, the wait didn't feel long at all. The sales people explained all of their financing options and warranties, but weren't pushy. The experience was very streamlined and professional. I enjoyed everyone I worked with. I would highly recommend Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

I took my Honda Fit Sport 2010 in for a factory re...

I took my Honda Fit Sport 2010 in for a factory recall on the airbags, as only a Honda dealership is authorized to do the needed repairs at no cost. My car was done on time, no issues with the authorized repair. I also ordered replacement rubberized floor mats, and asked for a diagnosis on the buttons on my key that was not working. I was quoted $150 for floormats (no problem) and $50 for my car key's circuit board. I was told this was cheaper than total key replacement and programming was not needed. I have the quotes in writing. This was June 20th.

I never got a call informing me my items were in. I called on the 4th of July weekend, told they were ready and just come on in. A family emergency happened, and I was delayed, but did make it in shortly thereafter.

When I walked in, I was informed I needed an appointment, that there would be an extra charge for programming ($69+) and that they had no idea whatsoever how anyone could even just order a circuit board for my key and not just replace the whole unit. I was also informed the guy who gave me the quote no longer worked with them.

While I respect that one should pay for services rendered, this entire ordeal left a very sour taste in my mouth. They refused to stand behind their own quote, fired employee or not, and pretended they had no idea where the agreement even was until I produced my hard copy and the date the agreement was on. (Hint: everything is digital there, they don't just "lose" records.). I was again reminded why I stick with my local shop for repairs and maintenance, because I don't like the assumptive attitude that females know nothing about cars and fast ones can be pulled on them.

I may have bought my car here in cash in 2010, but I will NEVER be going here for service again unless it is a factory recall that CAN ONLY be done at a Honda Dealership. I do appreciate the work done, but I don't appreciate the shocking waste of time of having to go in multiple times, refusal to stand behind their own written quotes, and my repairs costing considerably more than quoted.

Had they stood behind their quote, this review would have reflected it.

Amazing customer service! Brian made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond to make my service appointment amazing. From the gentleman who greeted me, to the technicians who fixed my bumper...for free even though I was only getting an oil change. I felt so taken care of. I can honestly say that was the most enjoyable time I ve ever spent at a car dealership. Thanks for your amazing service.

Horrible service, scheduled an oil change and still took 2 hours of waiting! Wouldn't buy another car from this dealership if they were the only Honda place in town! What's the point of getting free oil changes if they take all day, that's why I scheduled the appointment! Pissed off!
